   LINDSEY DUNBAR

We were the only few people left in Beacon Hills, so Liam, Lydia, Malia, Peter and I met up with Scott at the police station where it was completely empty, and where he told us about his plan.

"You're going to bite Stiles?" Lydia asks, "To get him through the rift. It's the only way," he says. "Just to clarify, are you planning on biting everyone in the train station?" Peter asks, "With Stiles back, he'll be able to help us figure out a plan," Scott responded. "He's good at that," Malia tells Peter, "So the plan is to get Stiles to come up with a plan," Peter said. "You can shut up now," Malia says, "Malia, look around. We're the only ones left in Beacon Hills. If they take us, Lydia will be the only one left to haunt the place," Peter tells Malia.

"That's why I'm the only person that's going in. Liam, Lin, and Hayden will stay here with Mason. As long as somebody is left in Beacon Hills, the Wild Hunt can't move on," Scott explains, "I like your plan, Scott. I really do, especially the part about turning Stiles. But it can't work," Peter says.

"How do you know?" Malia asks, "Logic. Life experience. What are the odds that he'll get taken? What if Stiles isn't there? What if there's no Beacon Hills for you to come back to?" Peter asked. "You got a better idea?" Liam and I ask Peter, "Yeah. It's called, 'run like hell'. So... leave in five?" I roll my eyes. "You promised you'd help us. We still need to find the rift," Malia says to Peter, "I didn't promise I'd help you commit suicide," Peter tells her.

"If you can't help, we can find it ourselves," Scott said, "Scott, I admit that you have a flair for beating the odds. But this? You don't walk away from. You run," Peter says and walks out of the station. "Well... he was helpful," I say sarcastically.

Scott, Malia, and Lydia left to go and try to find the rift. While Liam, Hayden, Mason, Theo and I were at the police station. Liam and Hayden locked Theo up in one of the cells, I sat on one of the desks while the others sat on a bench. "So, we should stay here. Is that what you're thinking?" Hayden asks as she sat down next to Liam, "It doesn't matter where we are. We still need to figure out how to fight them," Liam says.

"No one can fight them," Hayden tells him, "Douglas can," Theo says from the cell. "Does he need to stay in there?" Mason asked, "He's still Theo," Hayden replies. "Theo saved Scott. Remember?" Theo asked, "He's kinda right," I shrug. "He can still hear you," Mason tells Hayden, "Then he can hear me say he needs to shut up so we can figure out how to fight the Ghost Riders," Hayden says. "You don't need to figure it out," Theo tells her, "Cause Douglas already did," Liam and I say looking over at each other. "If he knew how to fight them, then he might know everything about them," Hayden said, "And guess who knows all about Mr. Douglas?" we all look over at Theo.

We all go over to Theo and try to convince him into talking about Douglas, "That's never going to happen," Mason tells Theo once he says the deal. "We're not making that deal," Mason says, "I hold all the cards," Theo says looking up at Mason. "You're locked in a jail cell. You have no cards," Mason tells him, "You want me to tell you about Douglas. Break the sword," Theo says.

"Does anyone else want to do the negotiating?" Mason asks, we all stay quiet. "Here's a deal: you tell us about Douglas and maybe just maybe... I'll consider... I don't know..." I trail off, Theo smirks. "Consider what?" Liam asks, I roll my eyes. "Never mind," I shrug and turn away, "As much as I would love to take whatever Lin's offer was... I have to stick to my own. Break the sword," Theo tells me. "I'll break the sword. I'll break it right in-" Liam stops Hayden from continuing, Liam steps forward. "You break, I talk. Come on, guys. Look, I don't want in anyone's pack," Theo says as he stands up and walks over to us, "I don't want anyone's power. I just want to stay alive," Theo said.
