Chapter 9: An Odd Letter

You felt groggy as you awoke.. You felt the warmth of the wolf below you. You could hear his heartbeat, slowly and relaxed. It made you feel content. You tried not to wake him.

However, it seemed you had already failed in that, as you heard Legosi speak.. His voice was hushed, but still audible. "You're finally awake, huh..? You slept pretty well.. It's.. ten in the morning, actually, but I didn't want to wake you.." 

You moved away from Legosi, sitting up quickly, your head hitting the wood above you with a thunk. It hurt, but you knew you'd be fine. Legosi seemed worried, but you simply waved your hand, signalling that you were okay. 

Opening the curtain, you left the bed, and began to put on your clothing. Whilst you didn't have class, you still had a Drama Club meeting.. 

"Oh, and.. Louis-senpai wanted me to give this to you.." Legosi handed you a letter. "He said it was urgent, but I shouldn't look at it, so.. please take care of it as soon as possible."

You took the letter into your hands, nodding a bit. "Right. Right. I will.. Thank you." 

You walked back over to the wall, leaning your back against it, and opening the letter, giving it a read.

'[Y/N], It has come to my attention that we have not properly met. Legosi has said good things about you, and I am curious as to see if he is correct. Please meet me in front of the herbivore dorms at noon. Come alone. Nobody is to know of any of this. Do not tell anybody. Do not tell Legosi. Do not tell anybody. Come meet me there at noon. Alone.'

The letter was signed. It was from Louis, no-doubt. He wanted you to meet him at noon in front of the herbivore dorms? Well, that was doable. 

Then you read something at the end of the page.

'P.S., make sure you shred, tear-up, or burn this page when you are done reading it.'
