My Soulmate is a Prince

Chapter 5

Aiden's POV 

 It was my rest day today. I have worked out so much to the point where my whole body is sore. I am also exhausted which is why I stayed at home rather than being with my friends as I just wanted some alone time whilst talking to my soulmate.

My butler made me pancakes for breakfast with blueberry milkshake. I took a whiteboard marker that has a small writing tip, grabbed my food and chilled in the living room while 

watching some movies on HBO.

'Hello, lovely. How are you doing?' I wrote.

 I ate and watched the movie while waiting for her to write back. Tomorrow is my birthday and I really wanted my soulmate to be there. I am guilty for not writing to her as much as I used to. It makes me feel terrible because I miss her every time, and not being able to respond to her messages instantly is almost like torture. 

It becomes hard to concentrate when that scent is here as I know what it means and just in general, it's mentally tiring to let your soulmate wait for a reply.

 It's just that my parents are so strict and making me do all these training. I understand but, even, I need a break. I got to say though, I have improved a lot and I am quite happy with my results and I'm up to the standard that my parents have of me which makes me feel very motivated to continue on doing my very best. 

Even though I have a lot of love towards my parents, they don't know about my soulmate.  The gift that I have is kept a secret as it'd be bad if people found out Before I knew, she responded back to my text -

'Hehe. Hello. Happy advanced birthday! I hope you will enjoy your party tomorrow!'

'Thanks. I'm sorry I haven't been so talkative lately. I have been so busy with my schedule. I miss you :( '

'Don't worry about it! I have been rather busy, as well. I have been working 2 jobs lately'  

'2 jobs?'

I'm the king to-be and the queen to-be is working 2 jobs?

'Yeah! Haha. My first job pays too little. Sorry. I got to continue working. I will message you tomorrow as my shift ends at 1 am!'

'Baby girl, you're working so hard. Can you please tell me your address? You have yet to tell me where you stay.' 

'I just found out about my address yesterday! My parents didn't tell me about the address so, I had to ask others about the street name and all. I shall write it to you when I get back. I want to make sure I wrote it correctly or you might end up in another part of the world! Haha! I love you, 

Aiden. I can't wait to see you soon!'

I sighed.

It has been a few months since I started pestering her for her address. Once I get her address, I'm going to get her. I'll have more free time after tomorrow as many of my trainings are completed. I just have to do my own maintenance training.  

"Prince Aiden, sorry to disturb but Queen Maria and King Frederick summons you.", my butler said. 

I finished up my blueberry smoothie before hopping into my black Ferrari and drove to the palace. It's about an hour drive from here, but a beautiful one at that. My favorite is place to stop and enjoy the beauty is where the snowcapped mountains meets the blue lake, a little 

resembling to 'Lake Louise' in Canada now that I think of it.

"Maybe I should take my soulmate to my favorite spot sometime?" I thought to myself as I drove further along the road.
