"Mom?"

"Oh, you've grown so beautiful." Mrs. Park held Yaejin in her arms. Small tears in her eyes, showed her how much she missed her. Yaejin too, hugged her mother dearly. Never did she thought she could meet her mother again. Her eyes met Jimin's. Smiled while mouthing 'thank you' and Jimin returned it with a smile too.

"I miss you so much." Mr. Park said with so much emotion while hugging and kissing Mrs. Park's forehead. Both of them taking time to scent and hug since they didn't see each for a long time. Yaejin and the others slowly headed to the kitchen giving the couple times to embrace each other.

"How did you two meet?" Yaejin looked at her mother and Jimin one after another. They were sitting on the living room together with Mr. Park. Yoongi was upstairs taking a shower.

"Let say it was a fate." Jimin spoke after he looked at Mrs. Park.

"It's a long story but I owe my life to Jimin. I might be dead if Jimin didn't save me." Mrs. Park added. Both Yaejin and Mr. Park raised their brows.

"What happened?"

"It's already in the past. I don't really want to talk about it and it's not really important. The thing that I'm concern now is you. I heard you're not mated yet?"

"I was rejected." Hesitantly she told her mother. Mrs. Park sighed worriedly. "Oh, my moon."

"What is it mom?"

A few silent moment before Mr. Park spoke. "When I on my way to do something, I acquire some information. Some of it, you may had heard it before but I think this one you really need to know."

She looked at them taking their attention. "That creature is already started his move. He's gained his strength a bit by bit. I believe his follower try to recruit more by negotiating with rogues to expand their group and they already plan something. I'm not sure what they plan but it involves you and Prince Jeongguk. And it's related to the Blue Moon Day."

"Blue Moon Day?" The three of them speak at the same time.

"I never heard it before. I thought we just have Bloody Red Moon Day."

"I have heard it from your great grandmother but I never paid any attention of it since I was still small at that time. And I thought it's not important till the day I heard some rumors about it. It's kind of risky to get those information but it is worth."

"How important that information is?" Mr. Park asked.

"Very. It can be considered classified as it was so hard to get but somehow I managed to." She looked at Yaejin with her serious face.

"The Blue Moon Day is the day when the chosen pair must do mating ritual to gain some power. The moon on that day is so powerful it can gives enormous strength to the pair that can kill the creature massively while it conceived the power it takes from our secret place. It's like the chosen pair will have more power to overtake the monster. But, to do the ritual both of them must be in heat and rut at the same time."

Yaejin gasped in shocked meanwhile Mr. Park widened his eyes. Jimin looked at them confused.

"But I can't be in heat. You know about that, mom. I'm a human-born." Yaejin frustatedly said.

"Yes, dear. How are we going to change that?" Mr. Park too was frustrated however Mrs. Park still calm facing them both.

"Of course, I know my dear. I was worried too. There is no such information about those but I didn't give up. I tried and tried to look any other information. I searched around looking for any books or manuscripts but sadly nothing I could gain. Until I heard it from one of the conversation from the Black Orb members when I was in the pub. I almost met with death when Jimin came and saved me."

This time, it was Jimin who gasped. "Oh, it was that time?"

Mrs. Park quickly nodded before continued.

"I heard they said something about the Blue Moon Day, mating ritual and the chosen pair. I got a little bit closer to hear the rest but they seemed to notice me and suddenly they stopped talking. Asking me questions but luckily because I'm human-born, they can't really smelled me. They thought I was just normal human, so I couldn't hear them but little did they know I use my spell to overhear their conversation after that."

"I managed to get a lot when suddenly one of them saw me sat still listening to them. That's when they realized I lied to them and I ran out but they captured me. Almost strangling my neck when Jimin came and the rest is a history."

"Thank moon, you were saved. Thanks you too Jimin for saving my mother's life. So, do you find out the way to get my heat? But how this information about Blue Moon Day was never existed in any of our pack's books? I read a lot about our pack history and I'm sure enough I never saw any." Yaejin furrowed her brows tried to rethink any of it.

"It was because the records of that information were burned to ashes and only a few people know about it but sadly their lives were taken before it could spread further. So, merely it was just rumor for any people who have had heard about it but to Black Orb and the creature,this info are basically valuable for them. So, they make sure no one will hear it. Me, myself didn't even remember but ever since I heard the conversation, it instantly made my thoughts about your great grandmother came back and I need to get that information."

"By the way, there is a way that you can get your heat. You have to be mated during Prince Jeongguk rut before the Blue Moon Day come. And you need to be mated quickly since I just know it will come sooner."

Yaejin couldn't hide her surprised face. "WHAT?"

"I'm sorry. The only information I can get about the Blue Moon Day is it will happen on the second quarter before Bloody Red Moon Day occur. To make it worst, there's no exact date. But based on my calculation, the Blue Moon Day will likely happened next full moon. Which I'm worried right now because you didn't mate yet and Prince Jeongguk is not in rut. And..uh..we only have one month left."

"Oh, my moon." The only words left in Yaejin's mouth. Truthfully, her mind was racing madly now. What is she going to do now? What are they going to do now?

Certainly, about the mate thing is a big problem since she was rejected but she still had hope looking back on Jeongguk slightly changed behavior. At least, she can convinced him to mate considered the little time they have now.

However, the biggest problem is about his rut. She had learned from Yoongi that Jeongguk didn't have his rut quite a long time since he surpressed it after Yeoni left. It's been nearly a year and half since his last and with just a month left, can his rut come back? Sure, Yaejin knew some spells to trigger his rut but will Jeongguk take it? And if it's yes, she somehow felt bad because it looked like they were forced to trigger his rut and certainly it made Jeongguk hate it and hate her more.

"Ugh." Yaejin could't hide her frustration as she repeatedly wiped her face few times. Mrs. Park rubbed Yaejin's back up and down slowly, knowing the condition her daughter was in. She too, felt it.

Jimin and Mr. Park were silenced throughout the time. They too felt loss as they knew they couldn't do nothing.

"Excuse me, I didn't mean to interrupt but I have something to say."

All of their eyes moved at the same time to Yoongi. They waited for him to speak.

"It seems your problem have been settled."

"What do you mean, Yoongi? We have big problems here." Mr. Park spoke with growl. He definitely was mad.

"I meant what I said. It really is settled. Jeongguk is in rut. He ask for Lady Yaejin to come to his room. He already know about all this. I mind linked him all the information while I listened to you all."

Now, everyone eyes settled on Yaejin. Yaejin was sure her face flushed in embarassment as soon as she heard that Jeongguk was in rut. The embarassment was double when she saw everyone else face hiding their excitement of what will she face next. Ugh, can they just stop pretend now? Horny wolves.
