It was the third day for the new paladins in space and they have been training non stop. They being bonding with their lions and each other, hoping to become a stronger team. They learned more of each other and learned more about the three alteans helping them. 

"on your left" Sky smirked as she came flying past Kyle in the green loin.

"oh its on" Kyle grinned and started chasing her with the red lion. 

"oh yeah, time for a lion race, winner will be the head" Lilly cheered and started flying blue after the two. 

"Lilly, Galaxy is already the head" Harley mumbled as he started chasing his friend with the yellow lion.

"i wont lose even if I'm already the head" Galaxy grinned and started flying the black lion at full speed.

"well it seems all five have bonded with their lions well and can fly their lions with ease" Polly smiled brightly as she, Luka and Ed watched from the castle.

"amazing, it only took them three days and they already becoming a proper team" Ed mutter as he watched.

"yes but they haven't tried forming voltron yet, they might be a team and can fly the lions but they need to be able to form voltron" Luka frowned as he crossed his arms. 

"we shouldn't rush them like your mother did with the last paladins. The second generation of paladins was forced to be a team and form voltron in only a day becuase a raging war" Ed replied with worry as he turned to his friend. 

"but we are in a war, it might not be as dangerous as the galra war but the old paladins are still in trouble. We do need them to form voltron and help save the old paladins" Polly mutter as she rubbed her arm with worry. 

"New paladins, form voltron" Luka ordered and watched the five lions come to a halt. 

"voltron like the weapon voltron or like earth TV show" Harley asked in a small panic. 

"form voltron, we need you new paladins to be able to form voltron before we even think of saving the old ones" Luka huffed as he crossed his arms. 

"but how do we form voltron, the second paladins never gave any of us how to really form voltron apart from saying to follow the lions lead" Lilly replied with a small smile. 

"then follow your lions lead, trying forming voltron while being a team" Ed smiled and the new paladins all looked to each other over the com link. 

"we then, lets give forming voltron a shot" Kyle sighed as they all lined up before flying upwards.

"follow the lions lead and be a team" Sky mutter as they all closed their eyes.

"form voltron" Galaxy yelled and soon voltron stood/ hovering in space. 

"they did it" Polly cheered and hugged the other two alteans.

"oh thank Alfor, i was worry they were gonna crash into each other" Ed mumbled as he placed a hand over his heart. 

"well done paladins, your truly now voltron paladins" Luka smiled proudly and the paladins all smiled/ grinned at being called paladins. 

As the paladins went to fly back towards the castle they were pulled back as the lion opened up showing a past, a past with the second paladins. They all felt like they were falling until they landed back in the castle of lions that seemed different yet the same. They turned to see they were in the control room but princess Allura and Coran stood with the other paladins.
