Chapter 21: Scan's funeral

It was Saturday and sonata showed up to scans funeral. Everyone told her the same thing "we are sorry for your loss". Sonata walked up to his coffin and saw her boyfriend in there. He laid ever so still. He was pale. Sonata cried. Soon she felt a hand on her shoulder. She turned around to see a couple. "Are you sonata dusk?"asked the lady
Sonata nodded. The lady and man hugged her. Sonata was confused. They let go of her and the lady smiled "I'm scans mother. He told us a lot about you. You are a lovely lady. Thank you for making him happy"said the lady
"No problem. Only if I can thank him for making me happy"said sonata
The couple and sonata talked. Then it was time for him to be put under the earth. People talked and gave scan theirs goodbye. They saved sonata for last. Sonata walked up with two red roses, a white rose, a pink rose, and five yellow roses. She placed them on his coffin. She took off her necklace. It was the necklace scan gave her. She kissed it and put it along with the roses. "Goodbye scan. Thank you for making me happy when no one else would. Thank you for the protection and love."said sonata as her voice started to shake. She started crying but continued "you made so many of us happy. You made me happy. I promise to find who did this to you and put them in hell. You didn't deserve to die. You didn't deserve to be here in this coffin. Your parents didn't deserve this" sonata finally struggled to talk "I-I shouldn't have left you. You asked me to come over. It's my fault. I should have went with you to your house and this wouldn't have happened. This is my fault! I'm the one to be blamed! I'm sorry scan" sonata finally broke into tears and scans mom and dad went by her side and they hugged her. "Darling don't cry. It wasn't your fault"said scans mom
Sonata kept crying and they finally put him to rest. In his grave stone there was something that made sonata cry even more it said "sonny I love you, be strong for the both of us. Don't fall, if you do I'll be there to catch you. I love you with all my heart. Never forget me cause I won't forget about you"
Sonata walked home. When she got home she laid on her couch. On Monday sonata walked to school. Everyone heard what happened and comfort her. Tulip growled. I killed him so she can be sad! Not so she can gain people!" Said tulip
She stormed in and her notebook feel from her bag. The notebook that had all her plans. And sonata walked the opposite direction from where the notebook was. But a girl came up and picked it. She read inside and her eyes opened wide "how can......where's sonata!?!"
