Chapter XI

Rosé's POV

As soon as I left Lisa's room so Jennie can talk to her alone, I immediately called my mom and updates her about what just happened. Ofcourse, my mom was also in shocked and surprised. Hindi ko rin akalain na si Jennie lang pala ang makakapagpabago ng isa sa mga bagay na iniwasan ni Lisa gawin.

First step is done. :)

Now, I'm calling our friends through messenger— sa group chat namin. Jisoo answered na call first.

"Hey, Chaeng-ah. You look so happy. What happened?" Jisoo asked me that made me smile even more.

I slowly shook my head. "I'll tell later, Chichu. Let's wait for them." I smiled.

We chatted for about 15 more minutes until all the girls are in the call.

"So, why's our chipmunk look so happy today? Something good happened, I supposed?" Seulgi teased with a grin on her face. I chuckled at her, softly.

"Sorry, Dahyun and Seulgi, I'll just borrow some of your time. I just have to tell you guys something."

"No worries, unnie." Dahyun smiled at the camera so I smiled back. I took a deep breath before I spoke.

"Well, you see. Today is Jennie's first day at work, right? She came her earlier with Irene and Sana..." I paused. I smiled uncontrollably when the sight of my sister looking at Jennie straight in the face popped in my head. "Okay, I'll make it shorter..."

I just can't surpass my happiness and excitement right now.

I stayed silent for about a minute then looked at them. "Lisa looked at Jennie straight in her face." I really wanna laugh right now because of our friends' priceless reactions.

"WHAT?!" Jisoo and Seulgi yelled at the camera that made me laugh so hard.

"OH MY GOD, UNNIE! IS THAT TRUE?" Dahyun asked in excitement.

I nodded my head a few times while laughing at their cutenesses.

Not being exaggerated but it really makes us happy that Lisa finally— after a year— seems to be interested in someone. I mean, Jennie really has thing aura that people will definitely like nor love her without doing anything. I remember Sana once told me that Jennie is so beautiful inside and out that's why a lot of people are attracted to her.

Although, I'm not saying this because I know Lisa is into her, no. Well, maybe. Just maybe. Jennie can bring my sister's old self back.

Jennie's POV

"Uhm, Lisa? Do you want to eat?" I asked her while fixing the books and notes that we used.

Hindi naman siya mahirap turuan, I mean, everytime na nagtatanong ako na kailangan niya lang sagutin ng oo o hindi, nasasagot naman niya. She either nodded or shook her head in response.

It's been almost a week simula nung nagstart ako sa trabaho ko as personal taga pag-alaga and tutor ni Lisa. So far, so good. Wala naman akong nagiging problema aside nalang dun sa time na binangungot siya ulit bago ako dumating. Uwian kasi ako, umuuwi ako ng 8pm pag nakauwi na yung Mommy nila para may kasama si Lisa. Nagpupunta naman ako rito ng 6am para ipagluto ng almusal si Lisa.

I just saw her hugging her knees sa baba ng kama niya while she was crying so hard. I immediately called Rosé dahil may pasok pa siya. Nasa work naman ang Mommy at Daddy nila that time. Agad na umuwi si Rosé non pero buti nalang napakalma ko na si Lisa after I called Rosé.
