Chapter 33

A hollowness was digging into me. I didn't think I would miss him, like this.

"its wonderful to see you again my dear"

Chiron fixed his timeless teacher eyes on me.

He was wheelchair-bound but I always had the feeling I looked up to him, never mind the pun.

"Piper has been quite..."

"Annoying" Leo shouted from the open door of the workshop.

"no no she just has missed you"

I laughed and walked over to Leo.

"How have you been Leo"

To be honest he looked like a total mess, I remember when we head the news of Jason. I was here with him, he just collapsed to the floor.

He had bags under his eyes, his dark hair was scruffy and oil stains marked his cloths. His foster father Coach hedge normally kept his cloths clean but somethings else was up.

Leo shrugged and returned to his engine work.

Everything was as it was left.

My drafting table and art supplies were all the same. Pipers paints still left in her corner. Books and tubes filled with various art and craft things lined the walls.

"its nice to be back".

"its nice to have you back Annabeth" Leo didn't look up from his work.

"whats do you mean Spitfire".

"Hazel and Frank have been so lovey dovey and as I said earlier Piper has been so over beating after what happened. Will and Nico constantly fight about who ever cares, in for tired of them all, I just wanted one person balc who just wanted to work in silence."

Leo hasn't been very happy at the best of times but he seemed so.mich worse.

"also you need to control your Boytoy"

"WHAT" I turned and panicrd got a moment thinking he knew of percy but just wasn't possible.

"That Luke guy, he comes around here so often interrogating us for information about you".

My stomach turned to ice and then caved.

Luke.

I haven't though of him, I've been so occupied with well Percy.

I placed my hands to the paper and the shook, it's has been so long.

When I was out on my own the idea would flow to me and I could think of so many designs but now I was back it's was a total block.

I was glad when loud voices began to approach the workshop.
