I woke up to hear my phone ringing loudly.
Talk about a rude awakening
"What?" I said in an annoyed voice
"Arkash has been spotted. We're to report to the training room in 15 minutes" said Jason
I took a quick shower and got dressed.
I met everyone at the training room.
"Now that her royal highness is around we can discuss our plans" Veronica said in a bored tone.
She didn't seem to like me very much
"Arkash has been spotted in three different locations-"
"How the heck is that possible? Last time I checked he couldn't clone him self" said Jacob
Veronica continued, ignoring his statement "He's probably just trying to throw us off. So I divided seven of us into three groups to be assigned to each location"
Who gave her the authority to boss us around.
"Who gave you the authority to boss us around Veronica" Ruby asked with anger written all over her face
"I am the best agent in this team. Automatically I should be the one calling the shots"
I rolled my eyes.
"And who gave you that title"
Jason and I glanced at each other.
It's about to get dramatic
"It's like you've forgotten the fact that we're supposed to work as a team." Ruby continued "But you do this every fûcking time. You make plans without including us and boss us around. The fact that your dad is the head of this agency doesn't mean that you should act like a bossy bitc-"
Ruby didn't get to finish that statement because Veronica threw a punch at her.
They lunged at each other pulling their hairs and scratching their nails around
Oooh cat fight
Nobody made any move to stop them. It's was like a normal occurrence.
Max went to sit down in a corner of the room with Aiden and Jacob.
Sapphire came to stand beside Jason and I and whispered "Just give the 10 minutes, they have...power issues"
"Do you wanna go grab a snack or something" Jason asked
I nodded
10 minutes later, Jason and I came back and met Ruby with a scratch on her cheek glaring at Veronica.
Veronica had a busted lip.
"ENOUGH"
Aiden glared at both of them.
"The most dangerous criminal in the country is still out there and you're here clawing at each other like loco gatos"
Max snickered
"Also, you're embarrassing us in front of out guests"
When we were mentioned, they both straightened up. Veronica wiped her lip and said "Sapphire and Jacob will take the first location. Aiden, Jason and I will take the next location. Finally Max and the Rosalie will take the last one"
"It's Rose" I corrected her
"Don't care"
"What about me" said Ruby
" Oh...I forgot about you"
No she didn't
"You can join Sapphire and Jason. Get ready, we set out in 45 minutes"
What a bîtch

When Max and I were about to set off, Aiden walked towards me
"Good luck...you'll need it while working with Max. You wounded his pride yesterday so he has it out for you"
"I'll be fine"
"I wish you got paired with me instead. We would've been a great team" he said while walking away.
I hope they get Arkash soon
