LANDON

I've never been the begging type of guy but somehow I find myself doing it again, sounding like a sad puppy dog. I really was going to try and ignore her today, i thought by walking in with savannah it would distract my mind from Josie and maybe make her jealous a little. Girls love that shit. Too bad that didn't work, I think it actually pissed her off more.

"Will you at least tell me why you kissed me?" I hear her say

"I kissed you because i wanted to, is that a good enough answer for you?"

"Do you go around kissing other girls just because you want to?" she fires back, Wow is she becoming possessive? I kind of like this.

"Um no... I kissed you because i like you."

She laughs and to my suprise doesn't say anything back, it's almost like she's never heard anyone say that before.

"Can i take you somewhere?" I ask

"What ? ...Oh back to your parents house so you can attack my lips again and then not speak to me? I think not." I laugh secretly knowing she loved me coming on to her.

"No not there, i've got somewhere better in mind." She will never guess where either.

When I finally convinced her to go with me I notice she is less tense when getting in the car. The last time I thought she was going to jump out of the window.

"So are you going to tell me where we are going?" she asks

"No, that would ruin all the fun" I smile

She looks over at me, rolls her eyes then turns back to look out the window. I can't help but notice how beautiful she is when frustrated. Her face turns a light shade of pink and she fidgets with her hands.

We travel down a long road into town, the snow starts to lightly fall like some Christmas hallmark movie my mom watches. I glance over at her again and see her golden blonde hair shining against the sunlight, her delicate skin glowing like a porcelain doll. Somehow she makes my cold black soul feel warm.

We pull up to a big white church, with bushes and trees all around. The steeple stands tall in the sky and the windows shine in colorful stained glass, You can see the big red door from a mile away. As much as I hate to say it , the building has its own sense of beauty.

"So you're taking me to church? I don't get it."

"This is my father's church and I just so happen to have the keys to it." I say shaking them at her

She looks around the parking lot scanning for other cars to be there.

"So it's just us?"

"It's just us." I say back

She looks over at me and smiles but then stops like she didn't mean it.

As we get out of the car snow starts falling in bigger flakes and they don't melt as they hit the ground. It's completely silent. You can hear every footstep as we walk up the concrete steps. I glance over at her as I open the door and she looks down at her feet.

"So I still don't understand why we are at your father's church?" She says

"So impatient" i laugh showing her through the doorway.

The church is big and as soon as you walk in your met with a huge statue of jesus and his angels. I hate that it's right in the entryway ,it use to scare the shit out of me when I was young.

"Wow that's inviting"  she says and laughs

I like her humor.

"Now I know your very excited to see why i brought you here" i say twirling her around in a circle
