The Weak Little Soul that felt all alone

~ Chapter 2 ~

After Luka told his stepmother what happened he just sat there in silence, feeling all alone. Bethany stares at him for a few seconds then sighed and Unexpectedly pulled him into a hug. Which made Luka's eyes widen as tears filled his eyes but he had a blank stare. Only his eyes were filled with sadness but he had a smile which... seemed off to Bethany.
Bethany looked at his face and sighed "You don't need to fake a smile... your father cares for you... but- you know how he is... it's hard for him to understand things..." She tried to reassure the broken kid. Like slowly looked down and nodded slightly then mumbled 'Yeah... but he will never understand me... I can't even understand myself...'. Bethany felt bad for the kid that was sitting in front of her.

Bethany got up and placed her hand gently on Luka's headband smiled faintly "dinner's on the table for you.." then walked away. Luka watched her walk away then looked back down. 'I need to be a better Son so that my father can be proud of me...' he thought to himself. He then grabbed his phone and went onto Amazon and bought an Alpha pheromone Cologne. But he heard the front door open which caused him to freak out and accidentally dropped his phone. Luka slowly trailed his eyes up to meet his father's gaze. Which was weird because his father didn't look mad. But Jared's grin read that he had something on his mind.
Luka gulped and got up and rushed into the kitchen and sat down. Jared followed Luka from behind and sat next to Luka.

Jared smiled "So. I ran into an old friend... You know him Luka." This caught Luka's attention and looked over at Jared. "Is it Mr Gomez?" The confused lil Omega asked. Jared nodded "he's back in town.. and my old high school friend has a daughter. And we were thinking you could go on a date with her-" he got interrupted by Luka by saying. "But I'm an omega!". Jared sighed "Yes I know that- BUT She's an alpha..." Jared Glared at his son. Luka sat there in silence. He wanted to tell his father that he didn't like girls, in fact he was Gay.. but Luka didn't want to disappoint his father.
Luka sighed and slowly nodded "Okay..." he then began to play with his food. Jared glanced over at his son whom was playing with his food. "Are you not hungry?" He asked in curiosity. Luka slowly nodded Luka then looked up at his father. That's when Jared saw that his son has a black eye, a cut lip and some bruises on His wrists. Which pissed him the fuck off, he sighed the growled "Who did this to you, Luka?!" Luka choked on his drink and coughed then looked away. "I-I just got in a fight..." He mumbled softly.

Luka then got up and rushed upstairs knowing that his father is pissed which wasn't good on his end. When he reached to his room he slammed his door and heard yelling downstairs but it was inaudible for him then to understand what they were saying. So all he did was lay down on his warm and comfy bed and drifted to sleep.

- The Next Morning -

Luka was running late for school which was the norm for him. His father was at work, working for the investigation crew. His stepmother packed his bag and made him his toast. Luka ran downstairs and rushed into the kitchen and grabbed his bag then puts the toast in his mouth "Bye mom!" He mumbled softly and ran out of the house.
He was wearing his sleeveless hoodie and his black ripped skinny jeans. When he was walking to school he had to pass a few alleyways and interstates. When he was walking he heard a loud sound of a cop car. Which caught his attention and walked into that alleyway that he heard men talking in.

Kaiden was talking to a few police officers, it seemed like there was an accident or... a murder??
