I would like to thank my friends and family for helping me through thick and thin, and for supporting me in writing this book. Without them, I don't know where I would be today. I would also like to thank all of the people that reacted so kindly to my mental health posts on social media. The people that called me an inspiration are the reason that I wanted to continue to talk about mental health in the first place, and the primary reason why I write this book. My pets definitely deserve a thank-you as well for cuddling with me when I was stressed and upset, and helping me calm down when writing some things down got overwhelming. Finally, I would like the thank the reader for taking their time to go through this crazy, sad, hopeful book. I truly hope this made a positive impact in your life, and I wish you lifelong happiness and peace.
