Griffin POV
I was home sick for the second day now. Y/n hadn't been really talking to me as much so I was bored out of my mind. I got a message from Chloe. She was asking if I was okay and if she wanted any company. Actually company would be nice since y/n couldn't seem to find the time to come see me. Chloe arrived 15 minutes later and came into my room. "Hey! I bought you some cookies and Panadol for the headaches" Chloe said. I smiled and she sat down in the chair next to my bed. We were talking about the past and how we had been friends for years. "When we broke up I was so upset" she said. I smiled at her and said "it's okay. The relationship I'm in is kind of going stale now. She never talks to me anymore and never plans any cute dates or anything" I said. Chloe looked at me and said "you mean with y/n?"
"Yeah. She just seems to busy to care about me" Chloe smiled and said "don't worry. She loves you and maybe she is busy with school and stuff. I'll talk to her for you at school today"
"Thanks" I smiled at her. Chloe stood up and said "well I better get to school" I waved goodbye and she walked away.Y/n POV
I walked to school with Levi and when we got to school his other friends on the football team called him over. Chloe came over to me and said "can we talk?" I nodded and we went into an empty classroom. "It's about griffin. He thinks that your relationship is going stale because you never talk to him anymore Nd never do things with him"
"I...he thinks our relationship is stale..? I know I haven't really spoken to him in the last day but we always do things together" I said. "I think the sickness is just making him say things he doesn't mean" Chloe said. I smiled and said "I'm gonna go visit him this afternoon and bring chocolate" we smiled and walked away.
