Chapter 8...| Their Past and now.. their future

"I was seven years old when Taehyung was born. They said that I'd have to protect him since he was weaker and more vulnerable than I was. I didn't mind protecting him, even if he had just been born, I still cared about him more than my own life." Yoongi started as the others listened intently.

"There are two types of Vampires; Half blood Vampires and Royal blood Vampires. Half bloods were the weaker class of Vampires but they were the majority of our species. The Half bloods always tried to sneak into the castle, always trying to kidnap Taehyung.. because of what he is. A Blue Royal Blood Vampire; the equivalent to your rare male omega."

"Except Blue Royal Blood Vampires are even more rare and desirable. When he was five he developed his empathic abilities. It was hard for him to control it and would often pass out from all the emotions that he could feel from other people. When he was seven he was already learning at a university level, his intellectual side is a part of what he is. He was ten when he picked up hacking, and brought me into it. I am a Red Royal Blood Vampire; The equivalent to your True Blood Alpha."

"I got complete control over my blood thirst when I was seventeen, Taehyung got 99% control over his when he was sixteen. I know I'm saying 'Royal Bloods' and I guess that hints to who my parents were..." the others stayed silently listening to him but they couldn't stop the shocked expressions that graced their faces.

"King Chanyeol and Queen Baekhyun. The King and Queen of Vampires. The last Royal Blood Vampires besides their two heirs; Taehyung and I. When the war broke out, none of us expected to be separated. Taehyung had just turned eighteen, while I was twenty-five. I still remember the day my Father and my Appa were taken away from us. Taehyung took it hard when they were captured by the Werewolf army and killed. He went mute for half a century.

Not long after he started talking again, we found out that the Werewolf army was going around looking for Vamps they missed and rebels. So we resorted to Hacking. Taehyung came up with it, every so often we'd hack into your database completely unnoticed and delete any footage of our existence. Everything was going great until you finally caught us. We didn't want to die. Hacking was a way to keep ourselves hidden from all Wolves and it worked for a while until that stupid pathetic hacker of yours tried to kick me off the server."

"And then we were ambushed and brought here. That's how we all met and how I will explain it." Yoongi finished as the others snapped out of their dazed trances.

"My father killed your parents?" Jungkook asked quietly as he felt his anger building up.

"Yes." The shorter male replied coldly as he faced the current Werewolf King.

Jin, Jimin and Hoseok looked conflicted, while Namjoon just looked at him with sad eyes.

"I'm sorry that happened. Does Taehyung know about mates yet?" Jin suddenly asked as Yoongi's eyes widened.

"No, I haven't been able to bring it up." He confessed as Jimin and Hoseok couldn't help but stare.

"Taehyung is a really innocent kid. He's read a lot of stories having Mates involved but he thinks only wolves have mates and he doesn't know that our kind have mates too." Yoongi explained as he took a deep breath and suddenly everything went slow motion.

Two scents clouded his mind as they gradually got stronger. The scent of Chocolate and Lemon, as well as the Scent of Rain and lavender filled his senses as his head snapped towards Hoseok and Jimin who stared at each other.

"MATES" The three of them said in unison and in the blink of an eye Yoongi was beside them before marking both males.

Yoongi wiped his mouth as his two mates marked each other and then turned to him to mark him as well. To say it felt good when they marked him would be an understatement. It was euphoric.
