As the days went by, Paul and I spent so much time together. We mainly got to know each other better and all that stuff, but he's a lot of fun to be with. We actually became friends recently. I also forgot to mention that Paul asked me if I wanted to go out with him later tonight. I accepted of course. Since I'm basically singing and dancing as I write my songs all day, I've decided that the two of us should go out for a nice walk.
For the first half of the day, I was catching up with Kevin some more. One other thing I didn't bring up is that he has a dog. The breed is a labrador retriever, it's a female dog, she has black fur, and her name is Midnight. The minute I first saw that pooch, she continuously licked my face, and she'd always put her paw on my lap. I don't mind of course.
Anyway, Kevin and I were playing fetch with Midnight while we were catching up some more. "I know I've said this a lot, but you were astounding at that concert recently!" Said Kevin. "Thanks, Kev." I said. Midnight comes running back with the ball and barks to get our attention. "Atta girl, Midnight!" I said. Kevin and I took turns tossing the ball.
About an hour later, Kevin walked me home. "I think we're all caught up." I said. "Agreed. Are you doing anything later?" Kevin asked. "Yeah. I'm going for a walk with Paul McCartney later." I said. "No way! Paul McCartney asked you out?!" Asked Kevin in shock. "Yeah. Is there a problem with that?" I asked. "No. I'm just amazed that you're hanging out with a celebrity! You're very lucky, Vi!" Kevin said. "I wasn't expecting it to happen, but it happened." I said. "Sometimes I wish Carole King would ask me out." Said Kevin. "Oh, she's a great singer." I said. "I know right?" Kevin said.
We said goodbye to each other and I entered my house. I then walked up to my room and started on another song. I'm thinking of playing it for Paul while he and I are out. A few hours later, it was time for me to get ready for my date with Paul. I went through my closet and pulled out my favorite purple dress.
