Some time had passed, (Y/n) had asked Alastor to stay for dinner to which he accepted. Alastor was helping Adrian with school work while (Y/n) was teaching Audrey in the kitchen. Everything was fine until (Y/n) went to congratulate her niece for doing a good job, but Audrey flinched and covered her head like she was being beaten. The plate in (Y/n)'s hand had slipped and fell to the floor and shattered. 'How could Ruth do something like this too her own child.' (Y/n) thought. The breaking of the plate had alerted the two in the living room. Adrian, on instinct, went in front of Audrey to protect her. Alastor thought (Y/n) was abusing her niece and nephew, but (Y/n)'s face told him the exact opposite. "(Y/n) dear, are you alright?" Alastor went to (Y/n)'s side, she had her hand placed over her mouth as tears ran down her face. "How long had your mother been hurting you?" (Y/n) cried.

No answer.

"Please, I just want to help you! How long has your mother been hurting you Audrey!" The brunette girl finally spoke up, "It wasn't really -" Adrian cut her off , "3 years." "Adrian! Now we're gonna get in trouble!" (Y/n) hugged her niece and nephew in a tight hug, they both hesitated to hug her back. "You're not in trouble. What kind of a mother would do this too their own children."

Much to (Y/n)'s dismay Alastor left, he apologized that he had business to attend too. He left (Y/n) to care for her niece's bruises. Some looked old, some looked like she had been beaten in the same spot multiple time just to create a black bruise. "Anthony won't like this Aunt (Y/n)." She looked up at her niece, "Who's Anthony?" Audrey smiled despite the pain her hip was in "He's my friend. Adrian had a friend before mother made him stop writing too her." (Y/n) had kept both twins home from school until Audrey's wounds had healed completely.

It's official! Angel's human name is Anthony!! It's weird cause that's my little brother's name!
