Chapter 11

Evie is now 20 weeks
Harry and evie are having a doctors appointment

" Harry, Evie nice to see you again." He shook Evie and Harry's hand and smiled.

" Hi Dr." Evie and Harry said

" so is their anything that is bothering you or is their like something different in this pregnancy?"The doctor asked

" no everything is fine, we are just here to talk about the gender." Evie said

" oh okay, so can you tell me what is going to be happening,who is going to know or if it's going to be a surprise." The doctor said

" well we were actually thinking if you can put it in a envelope?" Harry asked.

" Okay, well would you lie down please ,and we will be checking in few minutes" the doctor smiled and left.

" Harry, no matter what happens we would always love our little girl or boy" Evie said.

" I promise nothing will get in between my family" Harry said as he hold her hand and kissed it.

The nurse came into the room and started checking the screen to make sure if it was working fine.

" okay,can you please lift up your shirt?" The nurse asked.

Evie lift up her shirt and showed a bump in her stomach.

" okay. Well seems to me that you are 20 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Do you guys want to know the gender?"

" no we want it to be in a envelope,please?" Harry asked

" okay." The nurse left, leaving Harry and Evie in there.

" Harry, I think it's time to tell them" Evie said

" Yeah I think your right, but don't  you think they will get really upset that we have been keeping this a secret."

" I don't know but it's worth a try."

"tomorrow , we can ask them to meet us at the enchanted lake." Harry said.

" yeah. Let's just have our last moment with this baby."

Evie and Harry kissed. Evie pulled her shirt down and put on her coat. They both left, unnoticed.

Mal was walking down the hallway and bumped into Harry and Evie.

" Oh, hey E. Can I talk to you? " Mal asked

" alone" she snapped at Harry

Harry kissed Evie in the cheek and told her he will be waiting in the corner.

" What do you want?" Evie said, folding her arms.

" Evie, I just want to say I'm sorry, the way I treated you was wrong. I know you have your own life and you don't like it how we can be a bit annoying. Or if we can sometimes get in your business. But this time I promise you I won't get in the way of your happiness and your hard work. Will you give me another chance?"
Mal asked in a very nicely,kindly tone.

" I guess and Mal I also wanted to tell you something. I have been hiding this from everybody. But once I tell you this please don't get mad, just let me explain this to you why I did it." Evie said

" Okay, I won't get mad" Mal said

" okay. " Evie took a deep breath.

" I'm pregnant" Evie said.

" What!!" Mal said in Excitement

" Yeah, I'm pregnant" Evie said tears forming in her eyes.

" oh my god, Evie congratulations. I'm so happy for you. How far along are you?" Mal asked.
