Raven POV

"No. No. No. I dont believe you Amon. I'm not a half demon. I'm not some princess. I'm a freak from the village. A girl that everyone hated." I shook my head. I didn't want to believe him. I couldn't believe him. What's he's saying is too far fetched.

"You were never hated. By the villagers yes. But never your parents. Your father gave up everything, the crown, the kingdom, everything, just for you. Just to keep you and your mother safe. Your mother did the same thing. Yes her death was sudden and a lost you shouldn't have had to experience. But it happened. But they loved you no matter what.

"And have you forgotten about me? The one who has been there for you since you were six. I chose to spend my days with you because I care for you. I'm choosing to give up everything just like your father did before me, all for you. I don't care for the crown or the kingdom if it means I loose you."

Ami... I couldn't say anything else. So instead I wrapped my arms around him as best as I could, while still covering my body. It's not his fault. I can't be angry or upset with him over this. It's all my father's fault. He shouldn't have left me and my mother. With him gone, she died. When she died I was left alone without anyone there to guide me or even tell me what or who I was. Everything comes down to my father. Everything is his fault.

"Don't be mad at your father." Amon said, as though he was reading my mind. "He's not to be blamed for not being there for you. Remember I was the one who imprisoned him. In my defense, he broke the law, but I didn't know he had a child at the time. If I did, his sentence would have been different. I also didn't know that I would have met his child and begin to care for her the way I do."

"So am I to blame you for my life being the way it was?" I joked but I wore a poker face, so Ami didn't know if I was serious or not.

"No! Don't. I didn't know! I'm sorry for ruining your life but please forgive me. I had no idea he had an heir nor that I would begin to care for her so much." He explained frantically.

I did something he wasn't expecting. Especially in this situation. I laughed. The look on his face made me laugh even harder.

"Ami, I was only joking. There's no way I could blame you for anything." I said in between bouts of  laughter.

He growled low and grabbed me, pulling me close to him. I looked up at him, a huge smile on my face. He bent and kissed me. A heated kiss that left me breathless and winded. That made me suddenly want to do things with Amon that I never thought about before. Before things could get out of hand and I did to him what my body actually wanted me to, I pulled away from the kiss. Looking up at him, there was a hungry look in his eyes.

"Raven..." He whispered, breathless just like I was. "I can't. It's not time. It's too soon. I'm sorry I got carried away."

He too felt the slight change in our kiss. I'm glad I'm not the only one. "Ami, what are we going to do now?"

"Well I don't know about you, but I'm hungry. So my dear little Raven, let's go get some nourishments and then we'll move from there."

I nodded while he took my hand. Before I could blink, we were away from the falls and back in a room in a building. The  room looked liked a bedroom to be precise. A large bed was in the middle of the room, a shelving almost as big as the bed was to the right against the wall. On either side of the bed was a small cupboard, the same height as the bed. Close to the bed was a rocking chair and a short padded square box. To the left was a door and opposite the bed was another door. Other than those things, the room was bare.

With my hand still in his, Amon led me to the door to the left. He opened the door to reveal a large bathroom. But like the bedroom, it was scarcely decorated. In the middle of the room was a very big bowl like shape. There was a shelving behind the bowl thingy with multiple towels and various bottles on it. On the right wall was a mirror with a small bowl, also red under it. Is this where a person cleans themselves?
