It was the day. I was really excited. Every exam was gone, there was no class to attend, and today it would all be just gathering together and eating a big cake with my classmates. Alex left me at the University, I gave him a big kiss right before I got off his car, he'd pick me up to go and celebrate later, he was as excited as me. And I loved that from him. I could share my big excitements and news, he would always be with me, support me as much as I do with him, he is more than just my man, he is my mate, my partner.

Today the would announce the big winner of the poetry book publishing. I had really big hopes, there was some other prizes too. The big one was the publishing of the book, the second and two more books would fight for the editorial to be published, but with some money investment. But I was hoping to be selected as the big winner, hoping that my poetry book will be a really good seller, with great content and pleasing to read. Ana came with me, accompanying me to receive the news, she wasn't a big fan of poetry, so she didn't get into this contest.

— So we have picked the winners...–the professor said, standing next to the two guys from the editorial, holding a big sign, covered in a black fabric— And the big one is....–I closed my eyes, wanting to hear my name after those words— Ashlyn McDowes.

Ashlyn yelled of emotion, she was nearly crying. So I was. I looked at Ana, denying with my head, but it was okay. Ashlyn was great too and she deserved it.
I grabbed my things from my locker, I was so happy anyways, all the books inside my backpack and some Polaroids with Alex and friends sticked to the inside of it, now it was ready for someone else to use it. I walked with Ana outside, everybody was so happy and screaming, it was finally done. We were done with the career.

I looked for Alex outside, he was with a big  bouquet of flowers, those were my favorite, full of Dahlias, it was beautiful. I ran to his arms to kiss him, he wouldn't stop congratulating me. I closed my eyes on a deep and cute kiss, but he stepped backwards, and just when I open my eyes, an egg crashed my head, and then some flour fell in my clothes. Oh no Alexander David Turner, you didn't. I dropped my backpack and tried to wipe my eyes, looking around me, and wanted to cry.

Breanna and Amelia in her arms, Mark, Brian, Luana, Juls, Beck and Alex in the back, giving everyone the chance to throw something at me. Some days ago, I told Alex that in Argentina when you finished your studies people would come to see you and throw you stuff. Mostly eggs, flour, or what ever was in hand. Mark brought mayonnaise, disgusting. I ran all over to hug Luana and Brian, I was so happy to see them with me. The took a plane to see me and that made me so happy. They gave up and we hugged in group, I felt my soul coming back to my body, and my face hurts of smiling so much.

We all gathered up for a picture and with a huge cardboard saying "I graduated", it was so cute. And my flowers were beautiful. I was about to start crying. I wanted to hug Alex, he did this for me, and I was so thankful. But I was so dirty and covered in who knows what, I couldn't ruin his beautiful outfit. So I smashed my lips on his cheek trying not to touch him.

I sat on the front seat over a big towel, we'd have lunch at home. Apparently everything was set up for me to enjoy this day. Luana, Brian and Juls came in the car with Alex and I, while Beck and Ana came on Matt's car with Bre.
When we arrived it was all ready, there was big table on my backyard and the house was decorated with balloons. Luana and Brian accompanied me to the bathroom and helped me with my clothes full of everything.

—You and Alex are definitely my favorite couple ever, I mean, one of my favorites singers ever and my best friend. –said Luana from the other side of the curtain, while I was washing my hair
—Oh yeah, they are really cute, and Alex is such a good guy. He helped us with this surprise, did you know? –Brian asked, sitting on the toilet top
—Well, no, I just found out..–I laughed– I am really surprised that the two of you are here, I was expecting to spend this day on another way...
—She's crying again, oh no...–Luana made fun of me
—I'm just so happy to have you both here, I really do. –I rolled a towel over my body and opened the curtain, getting to see them, smiling at me too
—Now, go and change, we'll take care of the clothes, we are hungry and Alex ordered way too much food.
