"They are the ones who insisted," Pagdadahilan ko kay mommy. Hindi ko naman talaga siya gustong pumunta rito pero pinatawag talaga ko nila. I've got no choice.
Napatingin si mommy sa babae and I can see her face ashen as their eyes met. Agad itong umiwas ng tingin. Even her hands were shaking at pilit niya itong itinatago.
Napatingin ito sa akin na parang hindi makapaniwala tapos bumalik ulit ang tingin kay mommy. Her eyes looked like it was almost shaking after the realization.
My mom's gaze slowly went to the lady. Some unknown forced made her bow almost to the ground when my mom looked at her.
"This is a mis-misunderstanding!" She exclaimed without lifting her head up. I sighed dahil nasobrahan ata ang pagpapakita ni mommy. What I'm planning was just to say I'm a Sucre heiress but it seems like fate was really cruel to her and she met her boss.
"What happened," It was not a qeustion but more like a command. Imaptience was in her voice because she'll be attending a meeting after this.
Napakamot ako ng ulo. Pagagalitan na naman ako nito mamaya.

A woman went inside and answered my mom. Probably the manager but she stopped talking when my mom faced her.

"C'mon Lovely," Tawag sa akin ni mommy, ignoring the manager who was apologizing. We were outside the station pero sunod ng sunod parin sa amin ang manager.
My mom remained her stoic face. Her high cheekbones and her grim lips made her look more strict than ever.
"Lovely," Tawag ulit sa akin ni mommy nang mapansin ng hindi ako umaalis sa kinatatayuan ko. I glaced at Rin where he malapit lang sa amin dito pero hindi talaga na malapit.
"Mom," I called her. She looked at me mpatiently. Nagmamadali na siya pero hindi ko naman maiwan si Doro lang dito di'ba?
She raised her right brow impatiently tila hinihintay akong magsalita.
"I'm leaving you if you'll just keep standing there," Banta niya sa akin kaya kaagad akong lumapit sakanya.
"Pwede po bang makisakay ang kaibigan ko?" I asked her.
"Who?" Her forehead creased at napalinga sa kabilang direksyon hinahanap kung sino ang sinasahi kong kaibigan.
"Him," Sabay turo kay Doro na nakatayo lang. Sinenyasan ko ito na lumapit and he did what I told him to.
She analyzed him for a moment before speaking. Her eyes narrowed lalo na nang makita nito ang mukha ni Doro na may takip na bangs.
"You know how to drive?" Tanong nito kay Doro.
Drive?
"Yes," He answered after he made a battling decision in his mind.
Drive? That Doro? He knows?
"You take over then," Umalis si mommy sa driver seat at pumunta sa backseat. He didn't complained and went inside the driver seat making me confused of what's happening.
