Not Our Parents

Chapter Six

I woke the next morning and had three new texts from Aubriee. I sighed and unlocked my phone.

Aubrieeeeee;Wake up

Aubrieeeeee; bitch

Aubrieeeeee; get up loser, we're going shopping.

I laughed and texted her that I was up and was about to shower.

Aubrieeeeee; finally.

I laughed and shook my head. I got up and grabbed a towel from the hallway closet and locked my bedroom door.

I hopped in the shower and when I was done I got dressed in white shorts and a blue little mermaid t-shirt. I pulled my hair up in a tight bun and put my socks on. I slipped on a pair of vans. I put on some mascarra and brushed my teeth. I went downstairs and ate a granola bar. I texted Aubriee that I was done gettin ready. She replied with an okay and that shed bee here soon. I grabbed my bag, and money from my room and went back downstairs. I grabbed a botte of water and sat on the couch and turned on some music. I heard a horn honk outside and I stood up and walked out the front door. I got in her car and gave her the finger. She laughed.

"I wanna do something crazy today, like get a tattoo or something"

I said laughing.

"Get your tongue pierced, your parents will never know"

"How do ya figure?"

"Eli had his pierced"

"What?"

She laughed and continued to drive.

We arrived at the mall about twenty minutes later. When we got there we went straight to starbucks to get french vanilla iced coffee's.

"What about my nose?"

I asked curiously.

She studied my face.

"Yea, you'd look good with a nose ring"

I laughed and shook my head.

We walked around the mall, stopping in different stores to look around or buy something in. I wound up buying multiple pairs of underwear and bras from Victorias secret and so did Aubriee. She picked up a thong and threw it at me. I laughed and put one in my pile and she looked at me frightened. I laughed loudly and went up to the register. The lady rung me up and I paid for my underwear. We left Victoria's secret and walked around a bit more. We went in a clothing store and looked around. I picked up a couple pairs of leggings and paid for them. Then we left and walked around, until Aubriee stopped infront of a piercing shop.

"Ohmygod, no. Please"

I cried. She laughed loudly and grabbed my arm, pulling me into the shop.

We walked up to a tall purple haired lady. Aubriee smiled widely.

"Hello! My friend here wants a piercing, but she can't decide what she wants. Can you help us decide?"

The lady looked at my terrified face and laughed.

"Well the least painful piercing ive experienced is the nose. You have good facial structure for it. I think it'd look fabulous."

Aubriee looked over at me and smirked.

"Do it"

I shook my head.

"I daresunday dare you"

I looked at her mortified.

"I hate you. "

"Can I record it?"

She asked sweetly. The lady nodded her head and handed me the paperwork to fill out. She handed me a pen and I filled out the stuff.

After I finished she led me to the back room and I sat on the chair. She talked me through the process while Aubriee pressed record. The lady cleaned my left nostril lobe and had me pick out a ring. I picked out a blue stud and she cleaned the needle. She held my lobe in place and told me to take a deep breath in. I did as I was told and she shoved the needle through. I let my breath out slowly and she stuck the ring through. I wiped the stray tear that seemed to have fallen from my eye. She cleaned my nose up and explained how to clean it. I paid her and bought the stuff to clean it and took a quick selfie. I sent it to Vinny and asked if he noticed anything different.

"That was gay, I was expecting you to scream."

I laughed and flipped her off. She turned the camera towards her.

"Well guys, that was our own daresunday and she didn't chicken out like uncle Beau"

We laughed.

"I hate you."

We made kissy faces and she stopped the video. We left the piercing shop and walked around the mall some more.

On our way home I texted my mom and told her we were safe and that we were stopping to get something to eat. We pulled over to a resturant and walked in.

We ordered our food and my mom texted back with an okay and a kissy face.

Once we finished eating, we ordered ice cream sundays and talked about stupid bullshit. I heard the resturant doors open and in walked Vinny. I looked down at the table and blushed. My phone vibrated and I looked at the screen to see a snapchat from vinny. I squealed softly and opened it to see a picture of the half empty resturant and a text across the screen 'wyd'.

I fixed my hair and took a selfie and wrote 'out to eat, you?' And sent it back.

He texted me next.

Vinnnny; out to eat?

Yea, haha

Vinnnny; where at??

Look around.

I looked up to see him searching the area. He spotted me and my head went down. The waitress brought out our ice cream and I took a bite.

Vinnnny; found ya ;)

I see aha.

Vinnnny; mind if we join?
