Aaron's pov.  

I open my eyes as I see a lantern on a wall that is lit, it's dark at night. I realize I'm on a bed and I look over my shoulder to see it's bandaged, blood was visible when my eyes averted to my side.

There I see Y/n sitting down on a chair, her head lying down on her arms that are resting on the edge of a bed.

Asleep.

I smile and slowly sit up, enduring the pain on my abdomen. The blanket over my falls off and I adjust my seat. I place my hand over her head and lightly stroke her hair. It woke her up so I move my hand away.

She looks up at me as her eyes are wide open.

" Your awake " she said.

" I feel weird " I said.

" Why was I so sleepy?, I fell asleep while walking, did anything happen? " I asked.

" Are you sure you were sleepy? " She asked, I nodded.

" I think that's because of the pain, you had no idea that you were feeling pain while you were asleep, your were in deep pain " she said.

" I. . . " I had nothing to say.

" How are you feeling now? " She asked.

" Umm, it hurts " I signal to my shoulder as a tease, she doesn't seem to realize it.

" Really? " she asked and stood up, sitting down on the edge of the bed.

Y/n's pov.  

" It hurts a lot " he grunted as he hold his shoulder.

I get near and move the bandage a little to look at the wound. I notice our face are close but I ignore. I analyze it and it's fine, he then place his hands on mine as his face becomes closer.

I froze in place.

" Are you still going to leave me? " He asked, I adjust the bandage.

I look up at him and lean back as he holds my hand with both of his hands.

" Y/n, I know it's been difficult for you through this time, but you will get through it, with me, I won't let you face this alone " he said.

He intertwine his hand on my bandage hand as he place it against his chest. I can feel his heart thumping.

" I'll be by your side "

I slowly pull my hand away and stood up as I walk away. I hold my hand and stop as my back faces him.

" You already know my true Identity now, you knew I was using you, I lied to you, why are you still being kind? " I asked.

I hear him getting off the bed, I hear his footsteps as I can feel his presence behind me. He rest his chin on my shoulder.

" I don't care about your identity, all I know is that you're the woman I fell in love with, even if you're using me, I'm willing to be used by you " he said, my cheeks flushed red.

I feel his hands on the side of my hips.

" Aaron, I'm not worth to fight for " I said.

" I know deep down if you're worth it or not, and you are " he said.

" But– "

" No buts " he said.

" Do you remember when the fake official family accident occured?, I told you then that no reason, I will believe you, until this day, I still do believe that you're framed by Zane " he said.
