Chapter Thirteen

I held my breath but they seemed to stop in front of me. I heard him call my name once, twice, three times. We both heard nothing and went upstairs.

As the footsteps left I continued to hold my breath until I was sure he was gone. I took my phone out of my pocket messages from Alex.

Just then the cabinets flew open to Will. His hand covered my mouth so I wouldn't scream. He lifted my body from the small area throwing me to the floor badly which caused me to wince in pain.

A strip of duck tape went over my mouth as he brutally beat me until my vision was fading to a black. That's when he removed the tape carefully, pecked my lips, and helped me up.

He walked my limp body scorching in pain up the stairs and into the room. I could feel all the blood staining my clothes and the bruises forming.
