Charlotte's world froze in time. Everything came to a hault. The words spoken by the doctor effectively shook and shattered her to the core. Pain, a heart wrenching pain spread throughout her body followed by a numbness like no other.

The ladies turned with tear rimmed eyes looking down at the fraternal twin who just lost half of herself and was now starting into the ground as if silently praying for it to swallow her too.
Sydney reached out to in an attempt to comfort but she raised her hand in protest.
Seeing no sense in being there anymore Charlotte asked for anyone who was willing to take home.

30 Minutes before the doctor announced the sad news.

Kaden walked out with a still fuming Marie in his hold , he was surprised to see her not struggle out of his hold or protest their proximity but it's was obvious she had other things clogging her mind.

Walking her back to his car he opened the door for her but she stood glaring intently at it.

" This is her fault" she gritted out, Kaden understood who exactly the blame was being assigned to.

"Violence isn't always the solution" he mumbles trying extremely hard not to rile her up any further than she was.
Marie shrugged in his hold.

"I won't allow her to ruin my children any further than she already has" she said pointedly and Kaden nodded not saying anything.

Marie's rested her head on the inner shoulder of Kaden's left arm. Her back facing him she allowed him to snake his arms around her waist, she found comfort In their intimate position but before she could get completely comfortable pain shot right through her chest.
She gasped for air as the pain grew worse , gripping Kaden's forearms , she groaned as she lurched forward screwing her eyes shut and gasping for air again.
It was as if she lay on a table with her with her chest cavity open and exposed to a sharp scalpel that sliced at her fragile organ without hesitation.
Kaden steadied his stance , fear flooding through him as he turned Marie around making her face him.

Tears streamed down her eyes , the pain doubled and Marie's legs gave in but Kaden secured her refusing the ground to have the pleasure of being in contact of what he secretly claimed as his.

" Marie look at me! Marie!!!" he pleded but only got rapid breathing in response. Marie's lungs gave way to her internal agony and a pained scream left her mouth.

Panick registered it's presence in Kaden's head , he shook Marie beging her to tell him what's wrong. Marie's eyes shot open and Kaden's mind froze in confusion.

He expected to see her usual honey brown eyes but instead he was looking straight into pure onyx of red and black.

Her iris's glowed as she looked at him almost in a daze, tears still streaming down her cheeks but this time it wasn't a mixture of salt , water and pain but streaks of light flowing lava.
Her voice was not her own , something between a growl ,a deep toned voice and that of her own left Marie's mouth "abnay..abnay" ( eib-nee).

Kaden watched dumbfounded by the revelation unfolding right before his eyes. Marie continued to mumble the words with a blend of voices " sawf aintaqam mink" she spoke before she slumped in Kaden's hold and closed her eyes. ( Translation:I will avenge you).
