Zion looked down at his phone in contemplation as he smoked one of his cigarettes, it had been a week since he had seen his little human Lisandra and he had finished the tattoo he wanted to mark her with. He felt uneasy as he glanced at the sketchbook for the millionth time that day, no matter how many times he started over he came up with the same thing.
He hadn't been able to think of anything he wanted on Lisandra's body more than his insignia, to all other demons it would tell them that she belonged to him. But to her it would just look like an elegant side view of a flower with a pearl dropping from its petals, the long leaves and vines would extend out and follow the upper curve of her breasts while written in the Pearl was his name in demonic, which she would see nothing more than an extravagant pattern.
It was wrong on so many levels for him to want to mark another let alone a mortal, a human who he was still determined to use for his own problem then throw away. He had only had a momentary lapse in judgement that set him back a little, putting ink on her body would remind her of him every time she looked at it, even when he was done with her she would still be his.
His phone pinged softly and his heart beat faster as he lifted it to his face while unlocking it, sucking in a sharp breath when he saw her picture flash on the screen. She was at the cafe in one of the uniforms with her hair done up in a bun, she had on a bright red apron with white stripes going up the strings. Damn did she look good in uniform, that short red skirt and white t-shirt clinging so perfectly to her curve.
Clenching his jaw as his eyes moved down the length of her delicate neck and somewhat exposed cleavage, he choked back the desire to leave marks on that pale flawless skin. If she looked that delectable every time she went to work then perhaps he needed to get coffee more just so he could see her in action. He had a feeling he needed to see her anyway, there was no reason he couldn't go and sneak a peak of her working.
He had yet to get his motorcycle either because of that blasted brother of hers always guarding the house, though he hadn't seen his precious baby anywhere on his property when he went to check. He'd question her when he got the chance to but until then he'd just have to get there, taking a long drag on his cigarette he looked the photo over again. Damn he couldn't wait to get his hands on that ass of hers, he could practically see her now sprawled out on his bed...
Shaking his head he slid his phone into his pocket and put his smoke out in the ashtray, standing to his feet he grabbed the sketchbook and ripped the page out. Moving to the kitchen where his keys were he snatched up a set before he went out to the garage and slid onto the seat of one of his biggest bikes, kicking the stand back while starting it up. He pulled the sleeves of his shirt down to his wrists and rolled his bike to the door before pressing the button to leave.
The ride there was quick with no problems on the road surprisingly, usually there was a few that pissed him off or pulled out in front of him. He parked his bike away from other cars so no asshole could scratch it up or knock it over, pocketing the keys he rolled his shoulders in preparation for seeing her. He was determined this time not to let the little thing effect him the way she had last time.
Upon entering he noticed that there were quite a few more demons in the vicinity than last time, all of them watching his prey work as she flitted around behind the counter doing everything Alyse told her. He couldn't blame them, as soon as he saw her his mouth started to water, raking his gaze over her backside. The uniform was a size too small and the skirt a little too short for his liking if others were watching, if it had been just him and the human he would have been all over her.
Sauntering up to the counter he noticed that when she turned around and saw him that beautiful glow from before poured out of her, lighting up the little area she was in. She gave him the biggest smile he had ever seen on her and set the box down she had been carrying, hurrying over to the counter.
