Zion scowled at himself as he looked over his large frame in the mirror, the tattoos around his neck and on the tops of his hands standing out starkly against the black of his suit while his ring shone around his pinky. Grimacing as he adjusted the sleeves he thought about ways to get Titus back for making him go to the party, sure it was his fault for agreeing to it in exchange for the tickets. But that didn't mean he had to take it like he was, he'd get that silver haired demon back for this if it was the last thing he did.

Sighing he stepped away from the mirror to go into his bedroom where his bed remained unmade, sitting on the edge he wasn't too displeased to discover the covers still smelled of lilac where Lisandra had been. Pulling out his phone he scrolled through his contacts until her reached hers, leaning back he examined the picture she had taken when they had exchanged numbers. If he had known that he'd grow attached to her this quickly let alone at all he would never have walked her home, now he had hunters trying to no doubt kill her because the seeker couldn't tell who was human and who wasn't. She was sloppy and clearly untrained so the chances she was part of the larger known hunters group stationed in America was slim, however he wasn't going to take any chances.

He startled at the sound of a car honking outside his home, snarling in irritation he shoved the phone back into his pocket and got to his feet. Whoever it was outside was going to get their hands broken if they didn't letup on the horn as it continued to blare noisily, stalking out of his bedroom he went to the door and threw it open to find a sleek black limousine sitting in his driveway. Thankfully they stopped honking as soon as he stepped outside, muttering under his breath about how badly he wanted to murder the guy behind the wheel he slammed his door shut.

As Zion walked down his steps an older man got out of the drivers side to move around the car to get the door for whoever was inside. A tall slender woman with the beauty and body of a model stepped out, putting a hand on her hip she looked him up and down slowly as if appraising him. He did the same to her, noting her long silky brown hair, tan skin, and hazel eyes outlined in thick lashes, if his libido hadn't of taken a nose dive he would have been all over her. Now he could see why Titus put up with her bitchy attitude, she was absolutely perfect in every way, he might have mistaken her for an Angel in appearance had he not been able to sense her mortality.

"You aren't exactly Titus but you'll do." Karyn turned her nose up at him before brushing her hair back over her shoulder a bit dramatically, narrowing his gaze at her he barred his fangs.

"I'm only doing this for Titus. After I've done my job I'll be going." He stopped in front of her, using his height to intimidate her to the best of his ability, unfortunately she only saw that as a challenge. Her gaze flared with defiance and a fire he knew too well, her lips turning up in in a sultry smile.

"We'll see." She whirled around and slid into the car, moving over to the other seat across from where he got in, her short grey dress rising up to show off her legs and a slight flash of icy blue. For some odd reason he found ogling her to be... Displeasing, it made him uncomfortable looking at her with any intent other than just looking, he couldn't help but think of Lisandra. He wondered absently what she was doing right then as the older fellow shut the car door, locking him in with the human woman who had her legs crossed eying him like a piece of meat.

"There's something about you ruffians that just makes me so... Hot." Zion stiffened in alarm when she made her intentions clear, one of her heeled feet moving up his calf while he tried his best not to throw himself out of the now moving car. Clenching his jaw tightly as a sickening feeling churned his stomach he pulled out his phone and pointedly ignored the woman and her advances, breathing a sigh of relief when she let out a displeased tsk before backing off.
