Well, Thorin was buried with the rest of the great kings of Erebor. Bilbo returned the arkenstone, apologizing again and again for taking it. Balin assured him it was a good thing he had taken it,for if he hadn't Thorin might have gone mad with its power. The stone was buried with Thorin, along with his sword and crown. Jamie was given a heros funeral, buried in a field beside a small creek, where she could rest and peace.
Now for Lizzy and Daisy, they were given the choice to either stay, or return home. If they staid, they could never go back. For gandalf had found a way to close the portal, and planned to do so. Seeing as it was best not to mix the two worlds anymore. They chose to stay of corse.
Lizzy and Filli were married. Filli was next in line for the throne, but gave it to his brother, so he and Lizzy could travel and live a peaceful life together.
As the years passed Killi and Daisy grew close, and did end up getting married as well. They had two children, twins to be exact. A boy and a girl. Erebor prospered like never before under Killi.
Bilbo and Rose went back to the shire, where they had their children and adopted Bilbo's nephew.
Now I'm sure your wondering when you came into the picture. Well, you born in Rivendell, your father nearly cried of joy at the sight of you. You've got your father's blond hair and my blue eyes. And grandfather Elrond was quite proud to have a granddaughter like you.
You wouldn't believe some of the things your father and I saw. Or some of the things me and Daisy got to go and do in this new world.
But those are stories for another time. Right now your out in the world, living your own adventure. I miss you dearly, but I know you've found your place. And I'm proud of you. Maybe someday you'll come home, tell us a tale or two. I hope so anyways. And if you do, I can finally give you this book, and I do hope you enjoy it.
