5. Thinking about her

I woke up the next day feeling really tired, the encounter with Miss Jenner kept me up for hours, I just thought about it again and again.

Me and Hailee entered school and felt all eyes on us, it was really strange and I didn't know why. They were all making a weird disgusted face at me and I knew why when Gigi stepped out. All of a sudden everyone started shouting 'cheater ' at me and I soon realized how Gigi twisted the story of our breakup. Instead of her being the cheater she branded me as the unfaithful one in our relationship and since she was so popular and everyone liked her, they believed her.

Hailee grabbed my arm, we ran and then she pulled us both through a random door, turns out we completely forgot that the room we had entered was the teachers lavatory. We both realized at the same time and slowly turned around only to find Miss Jenner applying her lipstick in the mirror.

She gave us a confused look and Hailee quickly started to explain that there were people in the halls who were after me. We left the lavatory with Miss Jenner and she took us to her class. When we got there more teachers came in including the principal and all of them quietly discussed something.I

'Y/N we think it's best that you stay in one classroom for your own safety, we don't want anyone to try anything that could harm you in any way. People are going slightly crazy', explained Principal Martin.

'Which class is he staying in then?', asked Hailee.

'Well since Y/N is already here in this class why not here?'

Everyone looked towards me expecting an answer but I just shrugged then said a simple 'okay'.

Eventually the teachers left and it was just me and Hailee for a while, we fooled around and were laughing our asses off when Miss Jenner returned to her class. Hailee had to leave for first period and Miss Jenner walked towards me and placed a pile of work on my table with a tiny smile before heading to her desk.

 I tried to begin the work but I couldn't, I also kept feeling glances towards me. I put my hood over my head and eventually fell asleep.

I woke up feeling light tapping on my arm. I looked up to see Miss Jenner staring down at me. 'Ummm I was going to go get a snack, do you uhh want anything?'

I nodded sleepily making her smile. 'You know them little chocolate milk things..'

She laughed, 'chocolate milk? How old are you?'

I grinned back at her and dug around in my pocket looking for my wallet. 'No no no I got it don't worry'.

She tried to walk out quickly but I ran in front of the door and stopped her from leaving. I pulled out a $10 bill and tried to give it to her but she shook her head like a child. I stepped closer, held her hand and placed the money in it then closed her fist. I was still basically holding her hand and I looked into her eyes. She was doing the same and we ended up having a little bit of a staring competition. It ended with a chuckle when I tapped her nose with a little 'peep'. 

I slowly let go of her hand and stepped away from the door. I watched her walk out, hips swaying. Like damn she could literally be a model.

She came back and put a cookie, chocolate milk and a $10 bill in front of me and I groaned as a joke making her laugh. She sat down at her desk in front of me and I saw that she had the exact same as me, chocolate milk and a cookie. All I could do was grin.

I watched her face scrunch up as she bit into the cookie, obviously she wasn't a fan. We both ended up laughing and then she offered me her unfinished cookie. I accepted it because well I'm a hungry bitch. She pretended to work but I could tell she kept looking at me.

After eating I began to get ready for my nap again, pulling up my hood.

"Are you really that tired?"

I just shrugged and then nodded.

"What kept you up at night? Gigi?"

"No it was something else. Someone else. "

We had another little staring competition before she let me eventually go to sleep.

I don't know what the fuck I wrote in this chapter but it is the result of being stuck at home for days:)
