12. Venom

Y/N's POV:

I finally walked into my last class of the day, it was however the one I was least excited for. Math. She was sat at her desk, looking over some papers, avoiding eye contact with everyone, but mainly me. Her hair was open, but I managed to see that it was covering a hickey on her neck, one that I most definetly did not give her. I clenched my fists hard and accidentally broke my pencil. I stood up with a huff to throw it in the trashcan, I noticed her brown eyes on my now white knuckles, she cleared her throat and looked up to begin the class.

I wasn't actively trying to be a dick, what kept me up usually was looking at her, but this time I didn't even want to. I rested my forehead down on my cold desk and tried to stop thinking about her, eventually falling asleep.

I was awoken by the bell and quickly started shoving my stuff into my backpack. "Y/N Y/L/N please stay behind". I clenched my jaw and sat down again, watching everyone rush out. Eventually miss Jenner locked the door, soon after the last student had walked out. She turned to me with a sigh and sat at her desk.

"So you gonna tell me where you got that from?", I say pointing at her neck. I got to my feet and walked around to her desk, bending down to eye level, where I could see the hickey more clearly now. It peed me off. I quickly stood upright, "can I have my phone?", I say without emotion.

She handed it to me and I thought it was time to go. "Y/N wait".

"You sure you have time? Boyfriend isn't waiting at home for you?", I say a little too harshly. She looked taken aback by my tone.

"..I just wanted to say that whatever happened between us was a mistake and will never happen again". She stood up and got in my face, looking up straight into my eyes, "Now get out of my classroom". I could see the venom in her eyes and she could most definetly see it in my mine too. I turned on my heel with a huff, grabbed my bag and left.

I didn't even go straight home, I rushed off to the nearest school party I knew of. Some rich kid called Jayden had a huge party even if it was a random monday school night. I went there with the pure intention of raiding his mother's epensive drinks cabinet and maybe even getting laid, I couldn't go to Megan for a drink and good time because she was out of town.

I parked up and entered the mansion, a few people greeted me and offered me alcohol, obviously I took it and was soon welcomed by a group of jocks to some beerpong. I noticed some of the cheerleaders looking at us, whispering and giggling. A specific one caught my eye, Hailee's friend, who also happened to be my middle school crush: Zendaya Coleman. I gave her my best smile and she bit her lip in return. The beerpong game soon ended and I was at that perfect level of drunk. I did a bodyshot off a cute girl called Ariana whilst everyone watched and cheered us on and then I felt someone tugging on my arm not long later. Zendaya led me upstairs to a random room, locked the room and almost immediately we began to make out.

I woke up in the morning, my head was pounding, my clothes were off and the person next to me had disappeared. I groaned, sat up on the unfamiliar bed and put on my clothes. That's when I noticed a water bottle and Advil on the table next to me, I smiled and took it before leaving the room. I found Jayden in the hallway cleaning, with baggy eyes. "Dude seriously my parents bedroom??" I laughed and walked past, heading down. "Well who was it?"

"A gentleman never tells", I say with a smirk, getting flashes of last nights events.
