A/N: so about 3 characters are supposedly rumored on making an appearance in Dr. Strange in The Multiverse of Madness.
The 3 characters are America Chavez/Miss America, Brother Vodoo and Clea.

(MCU Direct hasn't gotten to covering Clea yet).
If this rumor does turn out to be true. The role for them would be interesting on finding out.
Because with Brother Vodoo, I can assume they could have him allied with Nightmare.
Clea will likely appear in the film as an ally to Dr. Strange and Wanda side (if Wanda will even be on anyone's side depending how Wandavision ends). With her possibly starting with the role of being his disciple and the two of them possibly developing a relationship within the film, but just not 100% together yet.
And for America Chavez? Don't really know actually. Maybe she's a cameo character or someone who appears during the film. I mean, if it's called Multiverse of Madness, it's possible that they'll have Dr. Strange going to each different universe in some way to stop Nightmare. At least that what I can initially guess.
