bumped into love

      it was a tuesday morning like all others. "i'll see you at lunch kourt" nini said leaving her friend before heading to her next class. she looked back to wave at her and then bumped into someone. well shit. she was about to fall so she just closed her eyes and waited. but then she felt someone secure her waist tightly.
     opening her eyes she was met with beautiful blue eyes and it immediately clicked. ej. "woah there pretty girl" he said making her blush. he had never complimented her before "thanks ej" she said while giggling. a look of confusion immediately passed on his face "wait, do i know you?" he asked.
     the smile on nini's face instantly turned into a look of confusion, but most of all a look of anger. "you're kidding right?" "uh, no?" questioned a now scared ej.
      nini scoffed and removed herself from his embrace "i guess you don't caswell" she said as she walked away to her next class. she could not believe that the guy she had been crushing on for three years, the guy she saw practically every weekend at ashlyn's house and to whom she had talked to multiple times in the past didn't even recognize her.
       wow! talk about wasting three years.
