Chapter Six

(Kat's POV ; Next Morning)

Me and Madison texted for five hours last night... He's actually a really nice guy. My stomach still burned from laughing. I hopped out of bed, and checked my phone. One new text from Madison (:

Hey Kat... Can I come over? I'm going away for awhile and I wanna see you one last time before I go.

Hm, I wonder where he's going to. Doesn't matter, at least I get to see him again. I texted him back confirming he could come over, and hopped into the shower. I quickly showered, and changed into my clothes, quickly braiding my hair after hearing a door shut outside. I peeked outside my window, and saw Madison telling the guy in the driver's seat he'd be right back. Hm, I guess he won't be staying long. Not too long after, the doorbell rang, I ran downstairs, beating Vinny to the door. "Hey Madison." I smiled, letting him in. "Hey Kat, I can't stay for long, I'm sorta on a schedule, but I just wanted to come give you a hug, I don't really know how long I'm gonna be away..." He said awkwardly. "Um, okay? Hug away." I laughed. He grabbed me into an embrace, his head burying into my hair. He hugged me tight, and then let me go. "Okay, I've got to head out now. Text me if you need anything. Bye." He said. I waved to himas he drove away, and then locked the door. Well, that was weird....

(Madison's POV)

The tears started to form in my eyes, but I bit down on my lip, trying to ignore the pain in my chest. I was leaving everything, for who knows how long, but this is thr right thing to do. It will keep everyone safe, and that is my main priority. "You okay bro?' JStarr asked, I nodded, and sighed, looking down at my phone. I heard Mikey softly crying in the back, he always took our departures hard. But, hey, what are you gonna do? We have to do this to keep our families safe. As we pulled up to our hotel, I thanked JStarr, and so did Mikey, and we grabbed our bags, and checked in. We went up to our room, and collapsed on to our beds. This is so hard, but it's the right thing to do...
