Chapter Sixteen

(Madison's POV)

The ride home was silent, much like the ride to the hospital. When we got to our hotel, I paid the driver, and we both walked into the hotel, and into the elevator. As we entered our room, I locked the door behind me, and watched as Kat silently sat on her bed, and buried her face in her hands. I sighed, and sat on my bed. This must be so hard for her. She's not used to things like this. She's a normal girl, someone who shouldn't be involved in my life style. For once I agreed with Keith. She'd be smart to get away from me while she can. I looked at her again, and my heart shattered. She was crying. I went over to her, and wrapped my arms around her.She turned towards my body, and buried her head into my chest. I rubbed her back, oh my God. She was trembling. My stomach hurt at the thought of how she was feeling right now. I sat her up so our eyes met, and I sighed. "You're going to leave me too, arent you?" She looked at me, her eyes widening with curiousity. "What?" "You're scared, and I understand. If you're going to leave, please just tell me." I said, looking down at my hands. She picked up my face by my chin so our eyes met. "No. I'm not fucking leaving Madison." "Why? Listen to Keith. He's right. Anyone who's smart would get out while they can." I said, still staring intently into her eyes. She rolled her eyes, and smriked. "I guess I'm a dumbass then. If I wanted to leave, I would've, a long time ago. Like it or not, you don't live a perfect lifestyle. But guess what?" She said. "What?" I asked, biting my lip. She brought her face closer to mine, so her lips were practically touching mine. I could feel her hot breath on my lips, oh my God. I wanted to kiss her so badly. She smiled, and caressed my cheek. "I don't do perfect." And with that, she smashed our lips together. I cupped her cheeks in my hands, and moved my lips in sync with hers. God, this girl....
