Chapter 9: Team Asuma and the C-Rank Mission

It's been two months since then, and Team Asuma is the Mission Assignment Room. They just finished bring back the "Demon Cat" Tora, and the only one it let cary it is Naruto. Since Naruto smelled like the forest.

Tora is recognised both times by the red ribbon on her right ear. She has brown fur, with a line running down her forehead with three lines going across it, and amber-coloured eyes. Anyway, as Madam Shijimi is choking the fuck out of Tora in a hug.

When Madam Shijimi left, the Sandaime says, "You can babysit a Council Woman's children, Paint the Academy's fence, or..."

Madam Shijimi then yells, "TORA!!! PLEASE, COME BACK HERE!!! I NEED MY BABY!!! TORA!!!"

The Sandaime says, "Catch Tora once again?"

Naruto then says, "No! None of those stupid missions fit for the Academy Students. Do those stupid missions for the last year Academy Students, not us full fledged Ninja. Give us a real mission."

The Sandaime asks, "Does anybody share this sentiment?"

The Hokage watches as Choji somewhat shakes his head yes, while Shikamaru mumbles, "How troublesome."

The Sandaime then asks, "Asuma, are they ready for a C-Rank, or even a B-Rank mission?"

Iruka, being the concerned Sensei that he is, asks, "Are you sure about this Hokage-sama?"

The Sandaime then replies, "As caring as it is to ask that, it is ultimately my Decision. So I'll ask again. Asuma, are they ready for a C-Rank, or even a B-Rank mission?"

Asuma answers, "They are ready. Shikamaru is the brains, while Naruto, and Choji are the muscles."

The Sandaime says, "Very well. You'll get a C-Rank mission to Kaminari on Kuni. The client is a high ranking business man who wants his business started in Kaminari no Kuni. ANBU could you bring the client here."

When the doors to the Mission Assignment Room open, they see a tall man, with green eyes, and short, spiky brown hair. He wears a pair of small, circular black sunglasses, a black business suit, a purple tie, and finally a pair of polished black dress shoes.

The Sandaime says, "Welcome Akio Akatsuki. This will be the team that escorts you to Kaminari no Kuni."

Akio asks, "They just look like kids, Are you sure?"

The Sandaime answers, "They are strong. So yes, I am sure."

Akio nods, as Asuma then says, "Pack for a month long mission, and be at the North Gate in two hours. Don't be late."

So two hours later, they leave.
