A/N: hey! I'm not dead! Thank you so much for being patient with me! I'm sorry I didn't get this out sooner, but better late than never right? Now, onto the story!
Warnings: unedited story, swearing, sex, tentacles, brief slight gore, dead-ish bodies, Remus, Remus's room is a torture chamber, slight voyeurism? Let me know if you find any else
Logan paced in his room. He had recently found something out about the other sides. He had always suspected that Deceit was part snake, but he hadn't expected all of the sides to have an animal associated with them. He found out when Virgil had woken up late during one of their movie nights. The anxious side had stretched and yawned. Logan saw thin fangs in his mouth and eight little bumps on his back. Virgil had sleepily blinked open far too many eyes before closing all but two. He had asked Virgil about it, and the emo had looked at him like he was crazy, saying that all the other sides had animal traits based on their personality. It intrigued Logan. Why did every side except for him and apparently Roman have these traits?
Logan sighed and leaned against his desk. He was going to get nowhere unless he actually went to the other sides to study them. He could always ask Virgil, but the anxious side might be too skittish about his spider traits. He had seemed a little nervous talking about it, so maybe that wasn't a good idea. He knew that Deceit would lie about his snake side, and Patton wouldn't be much help until he knew more and was able to ask the right questions. He needed to investigate someone who knew a lot about it, was willing to talk about it, and could give him accurate information. That settled it. He was going to Remus.
He changed out of his unicorn onesie and back into his polo and slacks, then left to go to the dark side of Thomas's mind. Arriving, it was dark (obviously) and damp. But it wasn't cold, likely due to Deceit being halfway cold blooded. He found the battered dark green door and knocked on the wall beside it, not willing to risk a splinter. There was a loud thud from inside and then a curse.
"Shit! Come in, Logan," Remus's voice called. Logan carefully opened the door. Inside, bits of flesh littered the floor and bodies hung on hooks dangling on chains from the ceiling. The walls and wooden floors were splattered with blood. Some new, and some left as stains. The smell of rotting flesh hit him and he recoiled a bit at the impact. One of the bodies looks to have fallen on the floor, and a growing puddle of blood spread from under it. A body hanging from one of the hooks groaned, and Logan realized that some of them were alive.
"Hello, Remus," Logan greeted. Remus bowed and grinned maniacally.
"So, what brings you here today, Logan?" Remus asked, straightening up and shimmying a bit. Logan's gaze followed the movement before he flicked his eyes back up to rest on Remus's face.
"Yesterday, I found out that almost all of the sides have traits associated with an animal based on his personality." Logan pushed up his glasses- not to be rude or imply that he was defiantly smarter than everyone, but because they had slid down his nose. "I myself do not have such traits and I was wondering if I might be allowed to study each side's. I did some reasoning and figured it best to start with you, seeming as you tend to know things about the body the best- besides me, of course. However, as I have already stated, I do not have these traits, so-"
"Oh shut up, Nerdy Wolverine!" Remus interrupted. "If you wanted to fuck, you could've just said so." Logan blinked, taken aback. Remus began to unzip his ostentatious pants. Logan put a finger up to halt him.
"Ah-uh! I wasn't implying copulation," he said. Remus rolled his eyes, but ziped his pants back up and flopped down on the bed.
"Oh, Logan, you're no fun!" Remus pouted. "You really need to loosen up a bit." Logan adjusted his necktie as Remus spoke.
