14. Family

Coming out from the fog, was [name]. She had on a rather tired look as she was extremely hungry. Her eyes lit up when she saw the young boy waiting for her, along with her lover and she smiled widely.

The young boy then started to run towards [name], with his arms spread open.

"[name]-nee-chan! You're back!"

"I'm back, Rui!"

"[name]-nee-chan! You're back, you're finally back!" and [name] chuckled at how happy Rui was to see her. She then noticed Tengen coming up and he smiled at his lover. Upon reaching her, he planted a kiss on her forehead, followed by her nose and then her lips.

"Welcome home, doll," and [name] smiled slightly. She then felt a tug on her uniform and she looked to see Rui who was having a pout on his face. [name] then laughed as she picked him up with ease, and nuzzled her nose against his face.

"So, how is my birthday boy doing today?" she asked and Tengen soon took Rui from her arms, carrying him with the support of one arm, and the other free hand, he held [name]'s hand tightly. Rui's eyes widened when he noticed the height difference and he beamed brightly.

"Can I sleep with you tonight?" he asked, and [name]'s eyes widened. Tengen however, was rather ticked off by such a request. He then shot a look at Rui who looked utterly confused.

"No!" and both Rui and he started to argue.

"But, I want to sleep with [name]-nee-chan!"

"No way, what do you intend to do with her?!"

"Sleep with her!"

"You're a boy!"

"But she's my nee-chan!" and [name] shook her head as she laughed at the two bickering. It was like as if she was watching her little brother fighting with her husband. She smiled at the scene and soon squeezed Tengen's hand in hers.

"Let's all sleep together, like a  family," she said with a smile and Tengen's eyes widened at how pure [name]'s smile was. Rui then nodded his head, as long as he gets to sleep with [name], he's happy.

"Rui, do you want nee-chan to bring you to the festival tomorrow?" she asked and Rui nodded.

"Yes, please!"

"Hm, Rui, are you tired?" [name] asked as they reached the Shadow Estate. Rui then shook his head as Tengen set him down onto the tatami floor, removing his shoes for him. [name] then smiled and ruffled Rui's head.

"Alright then, do you mind hanging out with Tengen here first while I head for a shower?" she asked and Rui nodded, and Tengen posed flamboyantly, starting to teach Rui how to be flamboyant. The moment [name] was out of the room, she then noticed Kimiko, the main kakushi of the Shadow Estate standing there.

"Did you prepare it?" [name] asked in a low voice, and Kimiko gave her a thumbs up. [name] then nodded and smiled.

"The bath is ready for you as well, Akane-sama," and Kimiko's eyes widened when [name] reached out and caressed her face.

"You have such a beautiful face, I wish I had seen it sooner," [name] commented, and she was true to her words. Kimiko looked absolutely stunning to her. A beautiful girl with light pink hair that turns into hot pink at the end, along with a pair of soft red-eyes.

[name] then withdrew her hand and Kimiko touched the side of her face where [name] had caressed. A blush appeared on her face as she watched [name] enter the bathroom to take a shower.

"Thank you, Akane-sama. You're the only one who thought so of my face," she whispered and turned to head to do the task that was given by [name].
