Narrator's POV
Tyr and the others left after everyone was ready and they ended up near an old town before they knew it. Sunset was nearing and the temperature began decreasing. Tyr held a sleeping Liz on his shoulders and had Jisu at his right side, clutching his arm like a child with a teddy bear, the upper part of it between her breasts. Mari was on his left minding her own business, arms on the back of her head. Jisu began to say something but didn't and of course, Tyr noticed. "You alright?"
Jisu nodded before speaking. "Where are we gonna stay tonight?"
"I don't know...hopefully a heated place." Tyr replied.
"You're just trying to spend some time with your lover aren't you?" Mari giggled.
"W-what?"
"It's alright. I know he loves you but he also loves me, right Tyr?" Mari teased.
"So...you are cheating on me!" Jisu said.
"No! She's just messing with you!" Tyr replied.
Jisu groaned in annoyment and clung to Tyr more as Mari laughed.
Tyr elbowed Mari in the arm and pat Jisu's head to make her feel better and let her keep holding on to his arm.
"What? I love him as well, so does Diana, right?" Mari turned her head and said the last word to Diana.
"Huh?" Diana walked to Mari's side and Lilly went to Jisu's side.
"You love Tyr don't you?"
Diana's face reddened quickly at the question and she looked away, "Well...um..." Diana struggled.
The only other embarrassed face was Tyr's as he looked down and walked. Jisu punched him in the arm as some sort of punishment and began hitting him multiple times forcing him to hand Liz over to Diana as not to wake her before he began running from Jisu in a kind of game where she had to hit Tyr.
He dodged her multiple times, allowing her to hit him a few times and eventually began to block her hits. Tyr saw tears forming at the corner of her eyes but thought that he was just seeing things until she stopped and collapsed to her knees.
"Sometimes...I don't think I can trust you...I hate that feeling..." Jisu said. She began crying and looked down. Tyr felt his heart drop and couldn't move. He felt like his feet were nailed into the ground.
"If you really are cheating on me...at least tell me!" Jisu exclaimed. Her tears were falling like raindrops and Tyr felt his legs buckle and he fell to his hands and knees. He slowly crawled to Jisu but was kicked in the face and he flew backwards. "Tyr!" Jisu screamed. He barley had time to react and narrowly missed getting impaled. He immediately pulled his sword out and slashed in the general direction where he was hit from but only hit air and jumped back. Someone grabbed Jisu and began choking the life out of her. Tyr felt his feet move and he ripped the hands off of Jisu and tackled the person to the ground.
"Fool! As the followers of Blade, he vowed to have you killed!" The person said. The face was obscured by a mask. The person rolled over Tyr and threw a punch. Tyr moved his head and the ground next to him was hit with a deadly blow. Tyr headbutt the person and threw him over his body and ran to Jisu, sword in hand. He helped her up and kept his eyes open.
Tyr heard footsteps and turned to face them to see the group coming into view.
"Go! Someone was talking about Blade! I'm not letting everyone here get captured, leave!" Tyr yelled, "Jisu..."
Jisu stayed where she was and looked down as the rest of the group ran leaving Tyr and Jisu alone, for now. She pulled her weapon out and Tyr pat her on the head.
---
Tyr's POVI heard a door open and immediately got ready to fight. A gunshot. A hit. I pushed Jisu out of the way and felt a burst of pain in my shoulder. I grunted and got up, now bleeding and ran zig-zag toward the door. The person who shot didn't have time to shoot again as I slammed my fist into his temple. He dropped with a thump and I put my hand over my arm. I needed bandages quick and most of the supplies were with Mari and the others.
The pain was high but I was used to it and ignored it. Jisu slowly came to me and we left the location. Throughout walking we eventually had to go West because of gigantic amounts of zombies and had only two guesses:
1. Mari and the others went either East or West.
2. The group went through the abandoned town and then the zombies arrived.
I felt a large stinging in my arm and clawed at my shirt before ripping it off and ripping it into several parts. Jisu squeaked and looked away, hot with embarrassment. Another emotion change. I finalized that the wound wasn't very deep but didn't want to attempt to get the bullet out by myself. I tied the newly made bandage around my wound the best way I knew how and took out a fresh shirt and tossed it on. "You can look now..." I said.
Jisu slowly turned back to face me and I leaned against a tree deep in thought. Everything that my dad had taught me had left my mind so I had almost no clue how I was going to handle my situation. I rubbed the wound slightly and it stung again so I stopped. Jisu looked worried for my safety and also mad at me. I felt my own eyes tear up and I quickly rubbed them before sitting down. The sun was still in the air, enough to see facial features of someone. I kept my head down and heard Jisu sit down on the other side of the tree.
"I'm...sorry. You know...I would never cheat on you...if I did, I would never forgive myself and rightfully take my place in hell. Mari was just messing with you, she wanted you to get mad but probably didn't expect...all this." I said, "You don't have to answer, just take forgiving me into consideration. I still love you and would never change that for anything."
A few minutes passed and I moved to sit next to her and surprisingly, she didn't move. I ruffled my hair trying to think of something to say but couldn't. Jisu glanced over at me before quickly turning her head back the other way. She seemed curious of what I was doing but tried her best not to show it.
I turned and threw my arms around her unable to hold back and began crying. Jisu, I knew was shocked by what I was doing and hesitated before hugging me back. "I-I'm sorry! I really am!" I cried out. Jisu's grip slowly tightened as I let my tears continue to drop onto her shirt.
She pushed me back and kissed my forehead before hugging me again, "I'm...sorry too..."
Jisu helped me get up and wiped the tears away from my face, "I don't like to see you cry, Tyr..." Jisu said, "You look like a baby..." she pat my head and kissed my cheek before walking away, "Let's go, we gotta find shelter."
