The broken and the torn

She looked in his eyes and her eyes got teary. What is she doing here, with him, in his arms?

It all seems wrong but she knew one thing for sure, she didn't want him to stop holding her.

for the longest time she felt safe, wanted, secured....

His smile melt every defense she put up against him, they started getting much closer, as he was her confidant and she was his.

They would speak to each other about their relationship situations although that is not good, she knew its not right but talking to him let she feel much lighter than she expected. 

The way he described his relationship with his wife surprised her, from what he told her he was dead unhappy like herself,  but why?

He always say he is just there for his kids and he have to stay with her because she threaten to take away the kids if he try to leave her and that form the tears that sting his eyes, she knew he will do anything to have his kids near him. And she really respect that. 

He seems so perfect but not so perfect to let her do anything stupid she is not that stupid.  

He hold her and that's all she wanted she was sure about that, his nice muscular frame didn't once flinch her she just want to be there forever, she  don't want to wake up from this dream. 

He whispers in her ear but she didn't hear a word she just know that she felt safe and that is all that matters, she make sure she had left her phone at her dorm room she couldn't take Davar ruining her friendly conversation with O'Brian.

Yes, it was a friendly conversation as she know, she isnt the type to cheat she cannot cheat. Thats not her, moreover she is a mother and she respects Davar as much as how he doesnt respect her.   

His breath was so hot on her neck and she felt her skin melting, but she have to ignore it. She want their friendship to remain the same. Because she know one thing for sure whatever they are feeling isnt right  at all. Its just a phase.

Loneliness, unwanted and insecurity does alot where mixed feelings is concerned. He isnt who she want him to be he is just a man that have the qualities that she wished Davar had. 

Davar was the one she wanted, the one she craved, he just let her feel so small and irrelevant that she no longer want to be around him.  And that hurts her so much. She felt the tear sting her eyes. She placed her hand there to wipe it away but her hand was caught by his muscular hand,he lowered her hand. She shuffled to bring it back to her eyes but his grip was firm. 

She looked up at him and just allow him to hold her hand, as her efforts to shuffle away has failed miserable.
He then saw the tears that streamed her cheeks and he stood still with his eyes worried, searching her very soul. She shouldn't be here. Definitely shouldn't be here. They are full of emotions, hurt, insecurity and loneliness and that is bound to destroy the friendship they share....

She knew it was getting late, she need to go inside but it's literally up to O'Brian it seems as his grip isn't loosening at all or any moment from now.....

He looked down at her, staring at her ever full lips as the thought of him kissing her lingered in his mind. He want to just crush his lips unto hers, love her, cherish her but the circumstances is just so hard......

Why couldn't he have met this gentle soul years ago, he knew she would have been the one with the ring now and not his kids mother....

He have been observing her for quite sometime now and he adores her personality, her approach to things, her whole being...... She is perfect!!!!
