Chapter 18 ~ who are you?

"Sam! Grab the motorcycle!",Y / n yelled at him as they fled from Shoreline with the SUV.

"I'll take the wheel!", she shouted.

"No! I'm not leaving you behind now," he replied screaming, trying to escape the shots.

"Damn it. Sam take the fucking motorcycle!"

Sam groaned, jumped off the car and grabbed one of the motorcycles that drove next to them.
Suddenly a mercenary jumped on the car and tried to drag Y/n from the wheel.
But she grabbed his neck and slammed his head against the wheel with full force.
The mercenary gave in and was left on the street.

The SUV slowly heated up and it was time to jump.
But there was no car near her.
Suddenly she spotted Nate and Sully driving at top speed down by the road.

"Perfect timing," she said to herself, driving the car on the side of the road.

She was lucky that Nathan was driving so close to the road, so she jumped off the car and down onto the next one.

"What the hell! Y/n ?!", Sully cried out, startled.

"Damn y/n", Nathan swore.

"Glad to see you too gentlemen"

They drove along the street at high speed until there was no way.

"Here take the wheel", Nathan said.

"What? Are you out of your goddamn mind!", Sully screamed.

Nathan jumped off the car and hacked himself over the rope with one of the pillars of Shorline's truck.

"That boy is crazy," Sully swore.

"Well, it's not the first time", Y/n said.

"That says the one who just jumped off the bridge"

Sully and Y/n waited impatiently for the Drake brothers at the Ikopa Motel they had booked.Or rather said, Y/n is waiting impatiently for them.

"Relax dear. They will surely come here safely. As always," Sully said, lighting his vintage cigar.

"What if they don't? I mean the lucky streak can end sometimes"

Sully had to laugh out loud.

"Ha! With these two stubborn heads it is probably questionable"

After five minutes they could hear a motorcycle and see two familiar men on it.

"As I said dear. They come out of every shit", Sully said and moved to the Drakes.

Y n rolled her eyes and went to the brothers too.

"Pro Deus quod licentia.", Nathan said.

"For God and liberty. It's their damn motto. All the paradise references. I can't believe we missed it", Sam said.

"See you two had made it out okay, cause' this little lady here was very impatient", Sully said, when Y/n ran towards Sam and hugged him.

"I thought I lost you"

She let go of Sam and hugged Nathan too.

"I'm so glad you're okay", she said with a bright smile on her face.

"Way better than okay. We found Libertalia", Sam said.

Y/n's smile instantly turned into a shocking face.

"You're kidding me"

"Liber- Liber- what- ia?", Sully asked confused.

"Libertalia. See, as the story goes... this place provided a safe haven for hundreds... maybe even thousands of pirates. And they shared everything. Property, resources...", Y/n started to explain.
