I woke up in Jalen's arms with the sunlight hitting our faces.

I got up and went to his bathroom.

Then I looked through his cabinet if he had a spare toothbrush and he did.

So I brushed my teeth while looking at my socials.

"Yoo, wtf", I said.

I looked on the school's blog on ig and it showed the shoot out last night and the person zoomed in on me and Jalen when I got shot in the ear and when he was trying to protect me.

"Jalen, wake up", I said as I got out of the bathroom.

"Good morning babe", He said as he was stretching.

"Stop please, anyways look", I said as I started to show him the video.

"What, there's nothing wrong", he said

"Yes there is, I dont want nobody to know that I am fuckin wit you nigga", I said as I put my phone away.

"I'm sorry, but there is nothing I could do", he said.

"Imma go to there club after school on monday", I said .

"Okay", he said as he started to hug me.

"Remember the ear", I said as I got up.

"Sorry, let's get ready for today", he said.

He gave me a red nike shirt with some ripped black Jean's with the shoes I was wearing last night.

He put on some grey sweats with a grey hoodie.

"You are so lucky your not hard for people to see your goods", I said.

He started to laugh.

We downstairs and put on our shoes and head out the door.

"We are going to get something to eat first", I said as I open the car door.

"Of course, what you want", he said as he turned on the car.

"I want a bacon egg and cheese on a roll wit an arizona", I said.

"Ight, bet", he said as he started to drive.

After we got our food, we went to the urgent care.

"Hey guys", I said to Mekai, Tania, and Leslie.

"Hey", said all of them.

" I'm sorry for what happened to, you are okay" , said Leslie.

"Yeah", I said

Tania and Leslie pulled me inside the care.

"So I saw what happen on ig and how Jalen was protecting you", said Tania.

"Nothing is going on between us", I lied.

"Mhmm", they both said.

"So then why did you come wit Jalen instead wit your mom's", said Leslie.
