Tre

I woke up to not see Tania, Leslie, and Aniya in my room.

"Mmm, where did they went", I said stretching.

I got up from my bed and put on my house slippers. Grabbed my phone and exited my room. Then I went downstairs to see if their was anybody downstairs.

"Shit, you scared me", I said walking to my living room.

"Oh sorry", he said eating popcorn. I went over to the couch and sat right next to him.

"Where their trifling asses went", I said.

"Oh, they went to Ariyon's party up the block", he said as he was looking for a next movie to watch.

"So why you still here", I asked

"Because Tre, we have been going to parties every other night this week for their "End of School Year Get Together", he said as he picked a movie. "And they did not want to wake up your cranky ass so they left to have their "Girl's Night Out".

"Ok", I said. "You want anything for dinner, I have ramen, those package plates, etc".

"Nah I'm good, they ordered us pizza", he said.

"Aww, they care about us", I said.

I walked to the kitchen to see the Dominos pizza box. I took out 3 slices then went back to the living room.

"They really know what they doing", I said with my mouth full.

It was quiet for a few minutes until he breaks the silence.

"Soo, I know I asked you this last week but, how are you holding up with you and Aniya's breakup", he asked.

"I'm fine, it just kinda feeling weird being single", I said.

Me and Aniya had a great relationship. But the only thing was communication was the bad part. Most people thought that we were peaches and cream but we wasnt until we got into 11th grade. But then when we had a talk I broke up with her, but it was nothing toxic.

"Ok, just making sure your not having mental breakdowns", he said.

I started to scroll through my socials to see most people are at Ariyon's house.

"I'm fucking bored, I'm going back upstairs", I said.

"Ok, good night", he said as I walked upstairs.

Went back into my bedroom to play 2k.

Then after about 10 minutes Mekai came upstairs.

"Wassup", I said.

"Can i stay with you for the night", he asked.

"Of course, you dont gotta ask bro", I said trying to focus on the game.

"Thank you, I appreciate it", he said. "Lemme play real quick".

"Ok, fine but dont be wildin' out fo' no reason , my guy"  I said.

"But lemme get my popcorn from downstairs, he said

I went downstairs and got my microwave popcorn and my drink and headed back upstairs.

Then I saw Tre just waiting on me."dead ass", he said just looking at me.

"Yes, I might get a lil hungry and shii so", i said.
