They were all rendered
Wordless indeed
Uncharacteristic
For men of this breed
After hundreds of battles
With dagger and sword

The cavaliers
Ever so dauntless
Charging ahead
On their horses
As dragons above
Block the daylight
Spewing fire
And showing their might
Fuelled by their egos
By glory and plight
The doomed soldiers
Rush to the fight
