"An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind" in other words if you hurt someone like they did you what are you accomplishing? Nothing you're sinking lower than them. You just need to be the bigger person and completely ignore them.

I walked down the steps and saw Ryan sitting on my couch and his legs up on the coffee table. Maria and I continued down the steps. As I walked closer to him I noticed he has a mark on his neck "no please God no" Maria sat on the chair,

"What are you doing here?" I spat

"Dude relax"

"How dare he tell me to relax while he runs around with Payton"

Josh and Chris came down the steps

"Hey Josh!" Ryan exclaimed "when did you get back?"

They did their weirdo handshake,

"Yesterday"

"What happened to your neck?!" Chris exclaimed

"Oh!" he said while rubbing the back of his neck "Payton and I were just in her room just fooling around..." his voice trailed off

"What do you mean?" Josh asked

"She started to cry so I tickled her she has the best laugh ever" he smiled "anyways Baylor thought I was hurting her and he attacked me"

"Good dog"

I heard my mom come down the steps,

"Hello Ryan" she smiled

"Hey Ms. T"

"Ryan!" Maria exclaimed coldly

We all looked at her. I'm in shock at her outburst. She's wearing a black and white polka dot tutu while the top is a black felt with black flats she has in a white bow head band even though she looks adorable she's still eyeing Ryan with a cold stare. She got off the chair and immediately went towards him. I could tell she was angry so I held her back,

"Do I know you?" he asked

"You're about to" she snapped

Chris, Ryan, Josh, my mom and even myself are in shock,

"I saw you and my mom out in your car" she stated "if you don't leave her the he-"

"Maria!" I yelled

I knew what she was about to say. She looked at me then Ryan,

"Piss off" she snapped

She released from my grip and went upstairs. I heard her door slam. We all just looked at each other in shock,

"Where did she learn that language from?!" my mother exclaimed while coming in from the kitchen

"I don't know" I shrugged "I've always been so careful around her"

I tried to think of times where I might have slipped up but couldn't think of any,

"Payton wouldn't say that in front of her" I said

I exhaled,

"Well" my mother said while flinging the dish towel over her shoulder "being her father I think you should go talk to her"

"What do I say?"

"Tell her it's wrong to speak like that" Chris said

"It's easier said than done, she's my angel I don't want to be the bad parent"

My mom hugged me "you also don't want her to run around thinking it's ok to say what shouldn't be said"

I nodded then looked at the guys,
