I'm back!!! What do you think? I have a OC in here, FYI. Enjoy- 😈

We're all tired of the secrets and lies. So, we need to break a rule and figure it out for ourselves. And though none of us want to wait till we're betrothed, we have no choice. Our trips take too long. But we'll research what we can on our trips. I can't wait to go to Delphi with Uncle Julian. Maybe that Harry Potter book was part of a series and I can get the rest. Or maybe I could find a new book! That would be exciting!

Father and Mother bid us farewell. Then they go back to Father's room. When Uncle Julian and I reach Delphi, we both run to the records. We immediately set upon translating them. I picked a book that looks similar to Harry Potter.

By the end of the fifth day I finished translating all of the books of Harry Potter I could find. They are amazing! And I get to take them home. I find another book series or two to translate. I think they're call PeterJohnson and the Olympian's, Maggy Chas and the gods of Asgrad, The Hera's of Olympia, Tales of Apollo, and The Can chronicles.

I spent the next eight days translating these books. I laughed, cried, and screamed, not only translating the books but the notes on each page. These books belonged to a Rebecca Jackson, and she was a good, if not unusual note taker. Some of her notes said Stay away from my dad, or You just walked into a trap, you idiot. My mom's a genius. And at the end of each book, this is real, this is real, this is real.

By the end of this I was convinced that this was real. That this girl read books written by a talent author, prescribing true events. It also created a theory of mine. Newbloods could be demigods. And I was given that story that proved it. It said important things.

Once upon a time some demigods, wished to make themselves immortal, for they feared dying in this collapsing world. They were of Greek, Roman, and Norse variety. These demigods, of which there were many, enlisted the help of magicians from the Nome in Brooklyn. They would have succeeded, had the gods not seen them and placed a curse. Their blood turned sliver, rather than the gold ichor of the gods. They were a new variety of human. They were blessed to thrive and have powers beyond those of average demigods, but cursed to never cease their want for power and blood thirsty ness. Over time these peoples became rulers. They passed down the stories of their gods, but overtime, they became the gods in their stories. Then the gods, finally began to have children again, the most notable being Mare Barrow, demigod daughter of Zeus, Shade Barrow, demigod son of Hermes, blessed with teleporting, and Kilorn Warren, demigod son of Hermes, blessed with excellent thievery, agility, and persuasion. To date Barrow has had four children, Princess Elara, Princess Hestia, Prince Samson, and Prince Zeus, with King Maven, Kilorn Warren had none, and Shade Barrow had one daughter, Clara, with Diana Farley. I prescribed this, as a newblood who could see past and present, and jump through time, a child of the fates, blessed by Athena. Tha sóso tin kókkini mas vassílissa.

I stared with shock at such a thing. It was written in the ancient language and then translated perfectly. It's crazy! But it makes sense. Houses Skonos, Eagrie, Blonos, Banshee, and Haven could be descendants of the original demigod children of Apollo. Samos could be from Hepthaus. Merandus and Jacos could be from Athena or Aphrodite. Healers from Apollo. And Clover's real name was Clara. I go run to tell Uncle Julian, who's in a different part of the archives. When I find him I show him the story. His eyes widen when reads and tears up. Then he reads the other part, the one I couldn't translate with horror, and... hope? Then he grabs me.

"You must not tell your father of this message, you understand?" Startled, all I can is us "yes".
He sighs in relief.

When I return home, we all share our stories. Most of them anyway. I find that we each have a story so awful we cannot speak of it. I wonder why. Was someone leaving us this trail of breadcrumbs?
