Lizzie woke up aside Sebastian blushing to herself. Sebastian and her had been dating for 3 years. Of course, In the beginning, they had been on/off. Lizzie and Sebastian moved out to go to a private college together. Lizzie begged her father to let Sebastian come with her. She threatened him that if her father didn't, she wouldn't go to college at all.

Sebastian awoke shortly after she got up. Lizzie turned after picking out her outfit. "Hi, love." She said. She smiled and felt his shirt that was too big fall into wrinkles underneath her as she sat next to him. He sat up and motioned for her to kiss him. Sebastian had planned a candle lit dinner for tonight. It was their 3rd year anniversary.

Lizzie was close to turning 20 years old. She was a heretic. She liked to celebrate her birthdays when they would have happened. She held a grudge against him for turning her. She tried to tell herself, 'he only wanted to save me.' He did save her. The events inside the prison world would have killed her. Dark Josie would have killed her. She knew it deep down and it cut her in places she didn't want to admit.

Sebastian blushed after the kiss from his beautiful girlfriend. Lizzie started keeping her hair straight and side parted. She kept it a dirty blonde color that it was always meant to be. College had no time for hair curling anymore. "So, we shall be having dinner tonight at 8pm promptly." He put a hand underneath her chin and kissed her again.

Lizzie smiles at him. "I'll be waiting." I need to go to Advanced German class. Lizzie went to German class on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 9am. It was 8:39 and she has to run. Lizzie brushed her hair and zapped a cute black juicy couture tracksuit on. She didn't wear much makeup. She filled in her eyebrows a darker shade of brown. She put her white doc martins.

She sat through German class feeling like the back of her mouth had started to formulate fangs. She felt strange. She knew how it felt when she turned into a vampire. She knew how painful those fangs came in. When German finished, she ran off to the bathroom and opened the bathroom door. She looked around to make sure no one else saw her go in. She opened her mouth feeling around with her right pointer finger.

She felt what she thought was an erupting tooth at the back of her mouth on each side, top and bottom. She took her finger out and practiced breathing. She knew what it was. "Wisdom teeth." She muttered to herself. She felt the theme song to Jaws when the shark come close to eating someone enter her mind.

She's grown to know she has Bipolar 2 with anxious features. She felt her mind spiral at the idea of oral surgery. She looked herself in the mirror and gulped. Her palms grew sweaty and she decided to wash her hands. She left the bathroom and couldn't think of anything other than her teeth.

Sebastian was at home figuring out how to make the night romantic for the two. He figured he would do a dimly light candlelit dinner and rose petals on the bed. He heard his phone beep and he grabbed his iPhone X to respond to Lizzie telling him:

Lizzie: I'm worried my wisdom teeth are coming in.

Sebastian: It's natural, love.

Lizzie: You don't understand. I'm really scared of surgeries and I thought everything was gonna be easy now. I thought I was done feeling like I had anything to fear.

Sebastian: I am here with you and I will watch over the whole thing.

Wait?

How did they come in when your a heretic?

Lizzie: I don't know, I guess it's a loophole or something. I can't go through this. I know I'm not like everyone else and this shouldn't be a big deal. It is a big deal to me.

Sebastian: How about you come back to your dorm and skip 15th century history?

He watched the ... and waited for a reply. She kept typing and then deleting.

Lizzie drove to the dorm in her new black Hyundai Accent 2031. She sped like a crazy person. She couldn't stop the graphic thoughts in her head about being killed during the procedure. She knew this was irrational. She hurried out of her car and locked the car before running inside her dorm with watery eyes. Her breathing was rushed. She tried to swallow and couldn't. She felt a lump in her throat. She knew this was an anxiety attack.

Sebastian saw his girlfriend come in crying. He had seen her cry over many things throughout the years. This is just how she was. He felt her heart was too big for her. He hated to see her in tears. He followed her into her bedroom after she slammed the door shut. "Elizabeth!" He said smoothly. Lizzie closed her eyes and covered her mouth with her right hand to stop hyperventilating.

She stood up and opened the door allowing him in. She sat back down on the cold carpet next to the door. "I'm sorry... I'm ruining today already.." she started. He kneeled down and held her left hand. "Elizabeth, I am trying to understand because I love you." He never said I love you before.

Lizzie swallowed her pride and looked into his eyes. "You what?" She looked confused. She hadn't heard I love you since the time he said it to her when she was turned. He had went to therapy in order to get over Cassandra. Lizzie wipes her tears with her free hand. "I love you." She hated the word 'too.' She felt she was agreeing that he loved her. She wanted him to know she loved him.

"I'm just really scared." Sebastian sat down on the carpet and pulled her close to him. "It's alright to be scared." He said. She fell into him. "You love me even when I'm anxious and when I throw plates on the ground because I'm mad?" He laughed a little when she said it. "Yes, Elizabeth." He said. He rocked side to side to give her some comfort.

Lizzie stayed there quietly. "I love you." She said again. He nodded.

Later that night, they had their anniversary full of rose petals on the bed and spaghetti and meatballs with a dimly lit candle on the table. It was a peaceful night. Lizzie's thoughts were intrusive about the pending teeth that had to be pulled.

A few weeks later, she had them pulled and Sebastian spent the whole day with her. He treated her to ice cream and yogurts. Sebastian didn't leave her alone for a second. The pair watched Star Wars until Lizzie feel asleep because the medication was great. It calmed her a bit. The only way to get her to sit in the chair to put her to sleep was to give her a Xanax.

Sebastian felt that loving Miss. Saltzman was like pulling teeth that were in a mouth far too small.
