No one's POV

"Gina are you serious?" Nini asked happily. "Are you really serious?"

"I'm one hundred percent serious Nini, Kourtney told me I could stay with her and my mom agreed," Gina said hugging her girlfriend.

"I'm so happy," Nini said smiling and hugging her girlfriend. Gina hugged back. She was happy she'd stay at East High with her girlfriend and all her friends.

"Shall we tell your brother?" Gina said smiling.

"Yes, he'll be so happy you're not leaving," Nini said. The two walked to Ricky's room and knocked on the door and waited for a response. When Ricky didn't answer Nini frowned and knocked again. Still, no response so Nini just opened the door and was met with an empty room.

"Ricky?" She called out. She was really hoping Ricky was playing hide and seek or something. That was when she noticed the note on his bed.

"Nini, like half his clothes, are gone," Gina said her voice filled with worry. Where was Ricky?

"Gina, Ricky's gone," Nini said her voice barely above a whisper clutching the note to her chest, "He left, Gina"

Gina took the note out of her girlfriend's hand and read it.

Dear whoever finds this,

I'm sorry, I'm truly sorry for just leaving. I know it's selfish of me but I had to leave. I can't keep messing up everyone's lives. I'm really sorry for wasting everyone's time. I want everyone to know that I love them so much. I just couldn't stick around messing up everyone's life. Everyone would do much better without me. Please don't look for me. I'm better off on my own.

Much love,
Ricky Bowen

Carol and Dana Salazar-Roberts came up the stairs ready to share some bad news.

"Nini, what's wrong? Where's Ricky?" Carol asked her daughter.

"He left," Nini said letting out a sob. Gina handed the two adults the note Ricky left.

"Nini, you have his location right?" Dana said.

"He left his phone," Nini said.

"Well we have to find him, his dad escaped and he's looking for him," Carol said and Nini's face paled scared for Ricky.
