FINN, Y/N WAIT! The rest of the group yells to them. They just left school and they always hangout at this wide field next to the beach. No one ever comes there so it's like their own spot. ' Y'all are to slow!' Y/n yells towards her best friends, their group consist of Jack, a sweet guy but weirdo he is the craziest sometimes, Sadie the most sweetest girl you'll meet. Sophia, crazy kid but helps you with anything. Chosen, kinda like a softie but does almost anything. Jaeden, looks like a dick but he isn't, like the most kind hearted kid in the world.
Then Finn, Finn Wolfhard. He has been my best friend since we were born and we've never been seperated from each other. Almost everyday we hang out and we still do.
' run faster dummy' y/n yells to Finn so he runs faster, till he can't no more and drops to the ground in the sand. ' jezus, look how far their away' Finn says while breathing in and out to catch up his breath after running this far. They both burst into laughing from the sight of 5 kids running to finally catch up with the two
'You two- have to stop- doing this- everytime' Sadie barely got out of her mouth, she doesn't like running at all and is always doing everything in PE to skip it. 'Come on, you're just a little pussy' jack says while laying down next to Finn. They all lay down and talk and randomly start playing 'tag' while there 16. They can always be their self's with each other. ' Finn, you might wanna stop staring?' Jack says smiling towards Finn ' WHAT, I wasn't! I'm just looking at the three having fun!' Finn tries to get out of it but we all knew he was not just looking but staring at his best friend of all time, y/n
' I'm in too! ' jack screams. After that jack takes Sadie on his back and jaeden takes Sophia. Chosen just runs behind everyone trying to get them. ' y/n! Get on my back quick!' Finn yells running towards her and taking her on his back. 'Run Finn!' She yells as chosen follows them.
After about 20 minutes of playing tag and piggyback rides everyone goes back home. ' So next weekend there is this fair. Maybe we can go to it with everyone?' Chosen suggested while they walk home. ' yeah sounds fun!' Jaeden says. 'Shit I can't next weekend guys' Sadie says 'Oh, we could go another time!' Jack answers her while everyone keeps on walking. 'No no! Go have fun there, we hang out so many times it's totally okay!' Sadie tells us while she stops in front of her house and say bye to everyone.
'Sophia, look at those two' jack whispers while he looks over his shoulder seeing Finn and y/n laughing and walking hand in hand

'Just let them, their best friends right?' Sophia says and laughs at her own comment, everyone obviously knew they probably both liked each other. ' come on guys hurry up!' Jaeden yells at them, they both look up and start to laugh as they run back towards to group letting go of their hands.
'Goodnight guys!' Y/n says while closing her front door. 'Goodnight!' Jack and Finn say at the same time. They both talked about some random topics before they split and leave to get to their house.
Monday morning Finn and y/n walk to school like always, Finn admires the way that y/n can talk so much in the early mornings about literally anything, he laughs when she starts rambling or just for anything, on school they separate their ways to get to their lockers but meet in front of their classroom together with their friends
Jack can't stop laughing about the fact that Finn can stare at y/n on school with out her noticing and how y/n stares and Finn also never notices. The whole groups loves to watch it, they all hope one day they see it.
'Guys I just don't understand math' y/n says while they walk trough the halls to get to their usual lunch table. 'I mean seriously, why do we need it? If I can just add up a few numbers isn't that enough?' Y/n keeps on going, she hates and everyone is allowed to know it. 'I could give you some extra explaining?' Chosen offers 'No, but thank you I just don't wanna waste more time solving problems I don't understand.'
After school 'Hey, you wanna come to my house?' Finn says while running towards y/n, who is waiting for him at her locker. 'Yeah sure!' She answers happily. Finn finds it always cute how she can always be so bubbly and happy. It could be storming and raining and still she would dance while walking home. 'Wait! Maybe we can bake cookies or make dinner for your mom, she is late home again right so she would appreciate that!' Y/n says 'Finn?' She questions 'Owh yeah, I don't mind cooking.' 'Great, so we start that around 6pm since she is home around 7 and you're always slow' she laughs, she grabs Finns hand started running towards his house while almost kicking in the door. She drops her stuff and lays on the couch. 'Let's watch a movie!' Finn yells from out of the kitchen already grabbing snacks. 'Can we watch clueless!' Y/n yells back at Finn while turning the tv on. 'Come on! That's so for only girls and I'm clearly a boy y/n!' Finn complains 'You promised last time! We don't break our promises!' She laughs while putting on a sad face. Finn grabs her cheeks and shakes her head while saying ' or you'll cry when we don't watch it huh'. Y/n makes her puppy eyes even bigger hoping for Finn to give in and watch clueless. 'Fine!' Finn finally gives up and sits next to her, y/n throws her legs over him while laying her head down on the couch. They watch the whole movie and for both of them this is the time to appreciate the moments together and make memories. They both knew how they felt about each other, when they were with each other they had to laugh no matter what, they felt butterflies in theirs stomachs and felt like flying and felt like the world couldn't get to them, but they also didn't want to ruin their so amazing friendship for some weird feeling that were probably just puberty. Y/n looked at Finn while he was watching the movie and she just smiled to herself knowing he would always be her best friend even tho she maybe needs to hide her feelings. Little did she know that he needed to do the same.
