Stevie was still very worried about Christine but tried not to think as she smiled and passed the older blonde the glass full of water, watching as she gave her a soft and almost shy smile in return, her blue eyes still looking glassy as she reached out to try to take the glass still, very shakily "Chris, you are shaking, I really wish you would at least try a tea or some soda!" Stevie cooed, protectively just wanting to make sure Christine was alright.

"I'm not well Steph, I will have one later!" Christine sighed, taking the glass, but she was shaking so quick she dropped it and it smashed across the floor "Fuck!" She exclaimed, jumping back and instantly thinking back.

"You come back here with lipstick on you, your fucking a woman!" Dennis yelled as he found Christine beginning to cook dinner.

"Dennis you are high!" Christine sighed.

"You a re just using me, you fucking lesbian, you want Stevie!" Dennis bellowed.

"Stop screaming!" Christine glared, leaving the saucepan.

"You bitch!" Dennis yelled "Your my girlfriend and I bet your with Stevie again, I seen her and you kissing after that fucking performance!"

"If you go near her, I will fucking kill you!" Christine glared charging and pointing her finger at him "You are a chauvinistic asshole anyway, you try to control everything I do, you hurt me all the time in bed, because you are so high or drunk and I can't stand you half of time, your purposely make sure I drink more and don't you fucking touch Stevie or I will make you suffer!" Christine hissed, slamming her wine glass down on the kitchen counter.

"Don't you dare threaten me!" Dennis boomed and grabbed her arm "You like what we do, you drunk fucking slut!" He snapped and Christine slapped him hard across the face because she was scared and furious at the same, causing him to let her go and push her angrily, which made her stumble and fall awkwardly on the marble tiles, straight onto her arm, making her whimper and groan, unable to stop herself from crying as she felt her arm seem to snap.

"You fucking asshole!" She yelped, trying to move her arm "I hate men, I hate you, get out!"

Dennis knelt down "I didn't mean to hurt you, you slapped me and you are fucking drunk!" He exclaimed.

"Fuck off!" Christine grunted, curling up and cradling her arm that felt like it was being stabbed and ripped apart.

"It was an accident, but you know what, go cry to Stevie about it!" Dennis snapped and stormed off, then threw the engagement ring at her as she lay on the floor "Give it to your bitch!" Dennis yelled.

"I will get you Dennis, if you touch her or look at her, I will fucking murder you, don't call her that ever!" Christine screamed "I never want to see you again, you probably broke my fucking arm and I am on a tour, you asshole!" She yelled and curled up after hearing the door slam and him mumbling angrily.

She was starting to get caught up in memories and bad flashbacks of things being smashed, mainly in kitchens and she felt even more scared as it all overtook her but Stevie noticed how she was acting and became concerned "Chris! Calm down, its just a glass!" Stevie cooed trying to calm her down as she gently touched her arm, sensing she was having some kind of flashback or something.

"I, I'm sorry, I am a fucking idiot, I'm sorry Stevie!" She stammered, biting her lip as she avoided meeting her glance as she began trying to stop herself thinking back anymore Its years ago, forget it! She told herself, fighting back crying as she tried harder to not think back over the years that trailed after that.

"Chris, its just a water glass, I am more worried about how badly you are shaking!" Stevie said softly, trying to take her hand, wishing she would just talk to her and tell her more.

"Yes, I'm going to go check out my hotel room!" Christine smiled blankly as she gave Stevie a quick glance, pulling her hand quickly away "Its just a bad hangover and I don't want to be here

Stevie sensed a dark undertone "Have I done something?" She asked. worried she had somehow triggered Christine to relive something that had clearly happened to her.

Christine shook her head "You never have, its me Steph, I'm overtired, I will come back to eat later before the show if you want that alright, I am just really ill from the hangover and don't worry I will have water too!" Christine said, trying not to sound shaky and she quickly kissed Stevie's cheek before beginning to hastily make her way out of the kitchen, even though she didn't want to go, it was as though she wanted to stay and be honest with Stevie but also she didn't want to burden her so had to leave, her torn feelings as usual.

"Chris!" Stevie exclaimed, feeling so worried for her "Just talk to me please, I am sorry if I did something!" She called out beginning to hurry after her and feeling guilty, searching her thoughts for what could have upset Christine.

"Its me, not you, its just me, please Stevie, I am fucked up and I just can't right now!" Christine replied, the shakiness now showing in her voice as she felt upset more after hearing Stevie's pleading with her making it harder for her to leave, but she pushed that aside, Stevie was sober and finally on track and she didn't want to de-rail that and she hated herself for even making her sound that upset "I love you too much to burden you!" She whispered before opening the door and quickly leaving, filled with guilt now as she hastily left, hearing the door close behind her as the tears began to pour from her eyes.

"Chris!" Stevie said softly watching as the closed door clink into place and wishing so much she had done more to make Christine say or said more to her, she also had heard her "I love you too, I'm just so sorry I haven't been there for you but I want to be now!" She stammered before bursting into tears, wondering if to follow after her or not, her head told her to leave Christine have her peace but her heart told her to follow after her and be there for her and she had no idea what to do, she knew she should go after her but she also felt that might upset her worse, she couldn't stop herself and she made her way to the door, hastily opening it, but the hallway was empty already and she sighed heavily.
