Chapter 21

It was a quiet day at the airport. A beautiful girl stepped out through the automatic glass door, dragging a small black leather suitcase that looks very expensive. The sound of her footsteps echoed throughout the hall. She finally stopped her tracks outside the exit gate and took off her shades, showing her pretty eyes while it wandered around, looking for someone. People couldn't help but look at her direction in amusement.

"Jane..."

The beautiful girl turned her back to see a guy smiling at her. She smiled back at him as he approached her. He opened his hand as the girl embraced him.

"Jayler..."

"Welcome back."

She nodded slightly, "I'm back..."

Mew Davis was sitting across Gulf. His eyes bedazzled at Gulf, who eagerly ate all the food in front of them. Gulf realized Mew was looking at him. He tilted his head, looking back at Mew irritatedly.

"What?", Gulf narrowed his eyes, his mouth was still busy munching his last bite.

"You surely can eat."

"I'm weak against free meal"

Mew Davis chuckled. A second after, Gulf realized he shouldn't have said that.

"The fuck did I say that...", he regretted it.

Mew chuckled, "Apparently, you're quite honest."

"Whatever!", Gulf rolled his eyes.

"Are you finished?"

Gulf nodded, "Yeah. Let's go back!"

Mew put some dollar bills on the table and stood up. Gulf followed. They stepped outside the restaurant with full stomachs.

"I'm full...", Gulf yawned, "I want to go home and sleep."

"It would be weird if you weren't full", Mew smirked.

"Ha-ha!", Gulf replied sarcastically, "I'm glad I could amuse you..."

"Let me drive you back to your dormitory."

"You were saying as if you don't live in the dormitory", Gulf snorted.

"I don't..."

Gulf turned his gaze towards Mew in amusement. He should've guessed...

"Then nevermind. I'll take the bus then."

"Why?"

"Because you made me uncomfortable. We are not friends, remember?"

Mew chuckled without saying anything.

"Thanks for the meal. I'll get going..."

Gulf bid Mew goodbye before he could say anything. He didn't pay attention that the red light has turned into green. He was crossing the road when suddenly a full-speed motorbike ran towards his direction. Alarmed, Mew grabbed Gulf's arm and pulled him closer to avoid him being hit. Unintentionally, Gulf's body crashed into Mew's and their lips touched. They were staring silently for a moment before they finally realized what had happened. Gulf pushed Mew's body, sending him bouncing away.

"Fuck off, you pervert motherfucker!"

Gulf grunted while breaking away from Mew's grip. Mew was so surprised that he immediately let go of him. Gulf turned his back and walked away. Mew was still standing there dumbfounded, looking at his back until he was disappeared from his sight. He touched his lips in awe. What had happened just now? Yes, it's true he did kiss Gulf before. He even sucked his. But, this was different. He seemed to feel an electric shock on his lips. He didn't realize that Gulf was doing the same thing at the same time, touching his own lips, wondering what the hell just happened...

Shawny sighed as he stood in front of V's door with a plastic bag of canned beer. He stood still for a moment before he finally decided to knock on his door. A moment after, V opened his door. He smiled as he saw Shawny stood there, offering him the beer.

"Come on in...", V invited Shawny to come in.

Shawny nodded as he took off his shoes and stepped inside. "Thanks."

"Have you eaten dinner yet?"

Shawny shook his head as he showed him another bag of fried chicken on his hand. V chuckled.

"It has been days I craved chicken and beer. You really know what I want"

Shawny followed V to sit on the carpeted floor and put all of the things he brought off the coffee table. Shawny stared at V while V was busy plating the food.

"How are you?"

V didn't reply. His hand kept busy plating the food, but Shawny could see, V's facial expression has changed.

"Just so you know... I'm always here..."

Shawny said fast, almost inaudible, but V definitely still could hear him saying. V stood silent for a moment before he finally dropped a single tear on his cheek. He then immediately wiped it with his hand before Shawny could found out. He turned back and smiled to Shawny.

"I'm perfectly fine", V winked mischievously to Shawny, "What are you talking about..."

Shawny smiled as he nodded, "Let's dig in..."

Newwie dragged his suitcase out of Tay Tawan's condo. He turned his back to stare at it one more time before he finally sighed and ready to close the door when he saw someone standing not far from his place. It was Tay Tawan. He looked so messy with longer hair and overgrown beard on his chin. They stood there for a moment, looking at each other before Tay Tawan finally decided to approach him. Newwie stood there, waiting for him to come as he smiled. It has been days Tay Tawan was missing with nobody knows where to look for him.

"You're home... ", Newwie smiled softly at him

He nodded, "It's nice to be back home..."

Tay Tawan slowly approached Newwie and hugged him tightly. Newwie returned his hug even tighter. They stared at each other before finally falling into a deep kiss. The kiss feels sweet but also hurts at the same time.

"I'm glad you're home... you're finally home..."
