Part 11

"So, Yshbel, what are you going to show me?" I asked excited. "Right!" She grabbed my wrist again and pulled me along. "C'mon! Over here!" Her enthusiasm grew every second we came closer to the mysterious thing she wanted to show me. 

"Let's go! Let's go!" She said. She sounded like a small child in the way she talks. "Are you sure you're 19?" I asked while chuckling. She laughed. "Yes, now c'mon!" She pulled me even closer to it, her pull was so hard that I almost fell. I noticed she suddenly stopped and I couldn't see anymore. She clearly held her hands over my eyes. "Hey!" I tried to take her hands off my eyes. "What are you doing?!" I asked shocked. "I want to surprise you! Don't struggle!" She said while laughing. I kept struggling but her hands wouldn't get off my eyes. 

"C'mon I don't like this!" "Just keep walking forward you asshole. I want to be nice to you and you reject it!" She sounded teasingly angry. I laughed and did as she told me. The ground was soft and my feet halfway sunk into the ground, it was obvious that I was walking on grass. I grabbed her wrist but she refused to take back her hands. She's stronger than she looks. "Alright now stop." I stopped abruptly and noticed she bumped into me. I laughed. "Payback." 

She lets go of me and I blinked my eyes against the bright light. I saw so much green. So much beautiful trees with fruits hanging on it. I saw mango, bananas, pineapple, apples and pear. Even bushes of strawberries and tomatoes were all over the place. Flowers were planted everywhere and gave a tropical vibe. Birds were chirping all over the place. It was beautiful! No, it even looked like this place was magic! 

People were reading books, taking care of the plants, a bright string of light even fell over the bananas. I saw a person's hands holding up to the sky, creating the white light over the bananas while you saw them growing even more bananas. "Wow..." "That's our Elementric Association. People in the Elementric Assocation are having elements as abilities. Like someone who can literally control water or make a fire in their hands or even electric shockwaves!" I looked at her. Yshbel Evens was proudly standing there, watching the people train and having fun. 

"Do you also have an ability?" I asked. She nodded. "Yeah..." She looked away. "It's a not a very cool power and I think it's kind of useless..." I looked at her. "No-one is useless. Show me! What is it?" I asked. She turned away. "I'm not going to use it in here..." I grabbed her wrist as she did with me. "Now shut up and enjoy the nature. It's the only thing you'll be seeing for a while." 

I blinked my eyes and looked at her. She pulled at her wrist and I accidentally let her go. "C'mon. Let's take a walk." She said and walked away. I stood there for a while and suddenly ran after her. "Hey, what's wrong?" She suddenly turned around. She was smiling brightly. "Let's play hide and seek!" I smiled confused and joined her in her game.

We both fell on the grass while laughing. She tickled my belly and I rolled over to avoid her. I laughed again. It felt like I was a kid again, it was so awesome! This chick is going to be my fucking best friend. 

Before we knew, it went dark in the woods and we eventually had to leave. "Are you hungry?" She asked. "Let's get food. I'm hungry." She said without waiting for my answer. I laughed. "Let's go then." She grabbed my wrist again and she pulled me with her. 

We walked out and headed over to the cafeteria. I smiled at the people who sat together, ate together and laughed together. It was totally not like MacDonalds or KFC, it was a lot fancier and everyone knows each other and laughed together. There were so much different people. I even saw a doghead talking to a chick with snakes as her hair! This shit is SO WEIRD. But I loved seeing all those different people together in one cafeteria. 

"What are you staring at? C'mon, let's get food!" She ran to the robots who served the food and grabbed two plates. I smiled while following her. "What food do you seriously dislike?" She asked me. "I dislike very sweet things and very salty things. But I have a thing for pasta and pizza, I really love Italian food." I told her. "Alright, then I'll get a plate for you! Go find a seat over there. I'll be there soon." She said. I laughed at her and did what she told me. 

I took this space to think. So, this Houston guy is his second in command. Or is this Waterson chick his second in command? And so much happened today before afternoon. This place is weird. Am I going to be controlled 24/7? I can only hope my manager got the sign of the tracker. I sighed and scratched through my hair. "Is this only the start of a nightmare or is this dream getting better?" I whispered to myself. 

"What are you thinking about?" Yshbel Evans asked. "Just that this is my first day and everything is already creeping me out," I told her. She nodded. "Tell me about it. I'm happy to help. But please check out your food first!" I nodded and smiled a bit as I took over the plate. It had one slice of pizza with pasta-salad and some mashed potatoes with carrots. There was also was some broccoli and a piece of meat on the side. "It looks delicious!" 

She smiled. "Glad to hear. Now eat up before it- "Yooooo!" Someone interrupted her rudely. I turned around to look who it was. It was a dude who I have never seen before. "How are you, sweetie?" He asked. He was talking to someone next to us and I sighed. "I thought he was talking to us." I laughed while I said that.
